I had my oven door fixed in Nov 2025…
I had my oven door fixed in Nov 2025 and when the guy came he watch a u tube video on how to fix while at my house. $300 and it was very stiff and now the oven door won’t open and they want $89 to come look at it!!! Huge rip off

Rashad was very professional, he knew exactly what was wrong with our dryer. He dismantled our dryer, put it all back together and made it work perfect. We will call him back on any appliance work we have done.

A job well done!
Our Maytag Refrigerator was making small ice cubes and the water dispenser was coming out in a trickle. Our Tech (Rashad) was on time, friendly and was very good. He located the issue right away and ordered the part while here. He was also prompt in returning to make the repair. There was good communication and the job was done fast! Very happy with his service.

Emil from UltraFix Appliance Repair was…
Emil from UltraFix Appliance Repair was very prompt, courteous and knows what he’s doing. When I called, he was able to come out the same day to check out our washer to see why it was not entering the spin cycle. It turned out to be the motherboard. He ordered it and I was texted a few days later to set up an install time. I’ll call for Emil if I need anything else fixed. Thank you Emil, we are very pleased!

Nadir is pretty awesome
Nadir was my technician today and he was so polite! He took his shoes off at my front door (snow and snow melt everywhere) so this really stood out. Our dryer broke and needed a new belt and he even help me figure out which plug on my breaker box was for the dryer (old condo). He was very nice, worked fast, and helped tremendously.

An exceptional repairman
Elmir has been to my house twice now to address a defective microwave. He was thorough in his diagnosis and was succinct in his plan moving forward! I would recommend using UltraFix and if you are in the Pittsburgh area I would ask for him to do your repairs.

Dmytro was very professional upon arriving at my house. He diagnosed the issue and gave me the quote for parts and labor. I made the decision to replace the appliance, but that does not reflect on his performance.
