Aaron Sadler picked up my urgent request right from the purchase of my plan and helped me get my website moved into my new service on a tight deadline. The fast communication, and patience I was treated with in a stressful situation for me was unmatched. I was able to get my site online within a couple business days with zero issues, and I couldn't be more grateful.

I have only been using UmbHost for a short time, but after the usual teething problems in getting a website up and running I have had to raise a few support tickets. And the responses I have received to them have been quick and well thought out. Absolutely the best service of any hosting service. UmbHost gets it done/fixed/improved ASAP.

What makes UmbHost really stand out is their level of support and their persistence until any issue, major or minor, is resolved. I have experienced this first hand with an issue that wasn't even their fault but nevertheless they helped me go through it and resolved it successfully.

Additionally, I have experienced zero downtime so far with any site I've hosted there. The infrastructure looks reliable and managing your own websites becomes very easy with the tools there are in place.

Great product with great customer service and at a very good price.
