Blockage in my drain
I telephoned them with my problem which when I explained what was wrong they quoted me a price for the work. They arrived within an hour and quickly solved the problem and cleared the blockage after first putting the camera down to check everything was as they thought. Within an hour the work was done and they even showed me a picture of the blockage!!!
Superb service, couldn't fault them.

Really great service
Arranged for Unbockers to clean my trench drain which was very slow draining. They provided a really good service as my other drains were also checked and when Brendan had left I felt reassured that the drains were clear and working properly.
A bit more expensive than other companies but definitely worth it

Upfront about costs, quick and reliable
Contacted the company after finding them on the Internet. Not clear why they came up as a local firm, as they are based in Leeds.
Despite this on contacting them, I spoke to a really helpful person who was clear about the costs and potential timescales for a plumber to come out. I was uncertain when I first called because it was a blocked bath sink, and I had not use a chemical unblocker at this stage. The person on the phone was not pushy for the job, allowing me to consider my options.
I did need their services as my bath appeared to be very blocked, despite plunging and waiting for chemicals to work. Rang Tuesday lunchtime and a visit was arranged for 8.30 to 9.30am the following day.
The plumber arrived within the allotted time and quickly got to work using suction to remove the blockage. Took less than 20 minutes.
This firm are honest about their costs and about availability. I was desperate to have the sink unblocked and could not wait for plumbers who were unable to give me a specific date. It would certainly have been cheaper to wait, but if you need the job doing quickly, want to know upfront about the costs, and want a firm that are reliable, I would recommend.

Firstly, thank you for sharing your experience with us in such detail. We are so pleased that we were able to provide clear information regarding costs and timescales which as you say allowed you to consider your options.
Although our headquarters are in Leeds, we do have engineers covering a wide area, hence we were easily able to assist with your issue.
As we are primarily a drainage company we do carry equipment which enables us to look into the possible causes of a blockage. I appreciate that in this instance, this wasn't needed but I hope you found our service good value for money under the circumstances.
Once again, thank you for leaving this review - we really appreciate it.
Kind regards,
Julie.

Speedy, diligent and transparent
Came within an hour and the service was speedy and diligent. Price and process was explained up front followed by a clear explanation on site of what was going on. Went above and beyond to clear all channels in our drain despite only one of them causing the actual blockage. Really helpful and polite.
