Brilliant customer service on the telephone, really helpful and organised for an engineer to arrive the same day within a couple of hours. Engineer arrived within the hour, sorted the problem swiftly and cleared up the mess after the job finished. Follow up phone call then provided to ensure no further problems. Brilliant service, would use again.

Leaking drain
Noticed I'd a cracked drain while doing work under crawl space below floorboards which was leaking. Called Unblockers. net. They sent a drainage engineer ( Dan ) who fixed problem by epoxy resin repair which he did using access from manhole. No digging needed or upheaval, done in 2 to 3 hours and ready to use. Checked under floor and no more leaks, really pleased with work carried. Very good and friendly service,can highly recommend.

First class service!
First class service from start to finish. Was quoted fair price for the job itself also price for worst case senario, so we knew where we stood before agreeing the job. Came same day and did a first class job plus cleaned up afterwards. Pleasant, polite and professional company. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent experience.
From making the telephone call the engineer attended within 2 hours.
There was a major problem with the drain which needed excavating.
The engineer returned the following day with all materials and equipment, excavate the holed, repaired the pipe and backfill. He removed all the rubbish and let the site very clean for the paving slabs to be relaid.
Excellent service from start to finish. Would definitely use again.

I was contacted within a couple of hours of my email enquiry and the man with the van arrived within the hour thereafter. Got rid of the smell and went on his way. All good. Would certainly recommend.

I recently used this company for a…
I recently used this company for a blocked drain issue, and I was extremely impressed with the service I received.
The young gentleman who came out to deal with the blockage was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and he took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do before starting the work, which I found very reassuring.
One thing that made the process much easier was that he had a card payment machine with him, which is quite unusual these days with many tradespeople. It meant I didn’t need to find cash and was able to pay by credit card if needed. When unexpected and urgent expenses arise, having that option available is incredibly helpful.
The work was completed professionally, the area was left clean and tidy, and the problem was resolved quickly and efficiently.
What impressed me even more was that the office contacted me afterwards to make sure the job had been completed correctly and that I was happy with the service. That level of follow-up demonstrates excellent customer service.
Well done to the entire team. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others.

Unblockers came on tuesday 7t july.
They arrived early and worked efficiently to clear the drains. They completed their work quickly and as soon as they had finished the nasry smell in the sinks had gone.
I would use them again but hope I don't need to!

Engineer was knowledgeable and frienly
Engineer was friendly, efficient and explained in detail what he was going to do. He then unloaded his kit and using the technology showed us the state of the drain right up to the main drain. He explained that the drain could use a good flush out and that the pipe had a few cracks that could use a fix. He explained that because it was a shared drain that the water company ST should do all the work he identified free of charge, that I just needed to contact them.
