Fast shipping, could use more support
Package arrived extremely quickly and the bras are beautiful. Only issue is with some styles, I am a larger-chested person, so they’re not really supportive. Depends on the style, though, because some of them were awesome.

Fabulous Customer Service & Wonderful Products
This is my second order from Underprotection. The products were beautiful, came swiftly and were packaged well. On my second order I had some issues with duties and taxes. I got in touch with the team at Underprotection and they went above and beyond to sort this issue out for me. Beautiful design but unfortunately the quality does not correspond my expectations. I bought 3 pieces of underwear, and for my disappointment 2 of them broke/got holes only after 1,5 weeks of use. Not very sustainable, either not ok for the price. :(

Beautiful products and sustainable.
2 stars less because the sizing is not always correct. It is different between multiple bra's. Because of that I had to return a lot and on top of that I only can get an exchange. If I want money back I have to pay 20 euro for the delivery costs. Sad because I used the sizing table.

The sizing on the old styles can variate a little bit due to different suppliers, as written under each item in questions on the website. We are of course sorry that the items you ordered did not fit. We would love to help you get the right size, through our customer care.
The returlabel for a refund only is 20 EUR, but as written on our customer care site, you are welcome to ship the parcel with another shipping service.
The provided label is just an offer.

definitely worth the price
such great quality! i've had my gilda set for about eight months and it still looks brand new. i find the design and colors very flattering, though i wish they had more supportive bras as well.
