Most of our products are vegan approved, and if not, it is because it is recycled (wool) or a waste resource (milk). All our packaging, paper and polybags are either recycled or biodegradable. Viel zu hohe Versandkosten und man sieht die tatsächlichen Versandkosten bzw. retour erst wenn man genauer nachschaut. Es sollte viel einfacher ersichtlich für den Kunden sein. Bei einem Einkauf von 30€ habe ich 20€ für den Versand bezahlt :( hätte ich das eher gewusst hätte ich niemals bestellt oder die Ware behalten!!

Jeg har haft købt et lækkert nattøjssæt fra underprotection. Jeg har brugt det flere gange og er virkelig glad for det. Kvaliteten er i top og elsker at de også sætter fokus på bæredygtighed i deres produkter. Vil helt klart anbefale dem. Min pakke kom efter 3 dage og det synes jeg er helt i orden.

Love it
Love the looks, quality and ethics of these products! I've been searhing for a padded non-wired bra for a long while now and now I've found it, and they are beautiful and comfortable. Will definetly be buying more from this brand in the future.

We only use recycled plastic, and we do it to ensure that the products do not get spoiled by water and other substances in the shipping process. We have unfortunately experienced damaged parcels, when sending in paper boxes. We therefore belive, that the recycled plastic is the most sustainable packaging, as you as a customer, also can re-use it to return or exchange the products if necessary.

Great bras and customer service
Love their products and the team is so helpful. I recently had to change the address of an order and they were so accomodating as it hadn’t yet left the warehouse. Would recommend.

Excellent customer service
Ordered two items, and received one of them a size larger than ordered. Within ten minutes of my writing to the company to inform them of this, they replied that they would be shipping the correct item immediately, and that I could use the included packing label to ship the incorrect item back. All in all, excellent customer service.

Den sødeste kundeservice!
Jeg havde købt nogle produkter, men blev nødt til at returnere dem, blandt andet fordi de bare ikke lige var min stil.
Kundeservice har været fuldstændig perfekte, søde og hjælpsomme, selv da jeg begik en fejl.
Jeg vil jævnligt holde øje med Underprotection og kan kun anbefale at i gør det samme.

Only the shipping is somewhat expensive (european costumer) and even more so if delivered to my house.
