Bestilte en ammebh, som havde en lille fejl. Jeg nåede nærmest ikke at beskrive fejlen før underprotection tilbød at sendte mig en ny af samme slags. Denne var dog udsolgt, så jeg fik lov til at vælge en anden.

My first experience purchasing undergarments from Underprotection and I am glad that I took the chance on this brand.
Ordered some sale items and they arrived to Israel very quickly. Customer service was excellent: UPS service charged extra to release the package from customs so Underprotection agreed to refund my shipping costs to make up the difference.
The fit is perfect and the materials are as beautiful as expected and also very lightweight. I hope they wash well and are indeed sustainably made as advertised!

I loved all the pictures, the simplicity in changing the items in my cart, and the sales/collections pages. I am pretty excited about the pieces I picked up, and looove the sustainable and recycled aspects of Underprotection's unique and beautiful pieces!

I just made my first purchase from underprotection. I am very pleased with the quality! I measured myself following their guide, decided how I'd like the fit, and ordered 6 sale items. They all fit, they are unique and beautiful, not to mention sustainably made. I've really never been so happy with an online purchase in years. Usually I return something - the only thing I will be returning is myself, as a customer! :) Thank you for the fast shipping to America too.

Products are perfect. Only mix up was that I had chosen the pick up point delivery option but as it turns out the package had been delivered to my home. Which is of course great but confusing as I had already gone to the pick up point.
