Beautiful but issues with comfort and fit
I bought two maternity bras, one bralette, the Luna briefs, and a body suit, all size M. They’re all *super* pretty but the bras are not very comfortable. The band is quite tight compared to the cups (I wear a 32 D) and the boning at the sides seems unnecessary and pokey. My biggest issue that that all the pieces have large, scratchy tags that are very difficult to remove. I had to unstitch them with a seam ripper and I absolutely cannot imagine wearing these pieces with the tags intact. The lingerie is beautiful though, and I hope these issues improve in the future because I’d love to keep buying from this brand.

We are very happy to hear that you find our lingerie beautiful! But sad that you did not find your items to be comfortable.
The band is actually a bit tight on purpose, as the elastic will stretch after the first few times of use, so we do this to make sure that the elasticity will last longer.
The boning in the side is there to make sure that the bra stays in shape, but we are sorry that you find them pokey, and also that you find the tags scratchy.
We thank you for your point of view and will take it into consideration in the future.

Oh I really wish that you would have contacted us to clarify before giving us a 1-star review, because there is a very good explanation to why your order is "delayed".
Your order included a pre-order product, meaning a product that was not in stock yet when you placed your order. The product was called: PRE-ORDER ROSIE BODYSTOCKING MUSTARD, followed by this info text: Expected in stock 4th of October were we will ship your full order. If you wish to split your order, please contact customer care: customercare@underprotection.dk.
As we had not heard from you, we assumed that you wished your order shipped together, and we shipped your full order on the 4th of October. On your tracking it shows that the parcel arrived in Germany in DHL's parcel center on the 6th of October and I can see that it has been successfully delivered today.
I am very sorry about this misunderstanding and I hope that you will love your new items. <3

Unlike earlier orders, i can t review it for my order still has not been shipped. It's been longer than normally and DHL shows the order has not been transferred to them yet but i guess it will work out fine like always.

Oh, I really wish you had contacted us before making your review, as we complied with our delivery standards and the late delivery was caused by the transport company.
Your order was placed late on friday September 29th. We promise delivery within 2-3 workdays, and your order was shipped out from our warehouse on October 2nd, the first workday after your order was placed. You received a confirmation about this (if not it most likely ended up in your spam).
From that on the delivery is handled by the chosen transport company, and I do see that they did not give it a scan before the 6th of October which indeed is unacceptably late. And we sincerely apologize about this. We have contacted the transport company about this issue as it is definitely not okay!
I see that you have received your parcel, and I hope that you love your new items even though they arrived way to late. <3

Great customer service support
Unfortunately one of the items was defect, however the customer service acted extremely fast on it and offered free return & replacement! Very fast & smooth service! The products look & feel very nice. Some swimsuit sizes are generous, so I needed to size down on the bra. Now awaiting my replacement items to be delivered❤️

Elsker konceptet men lidt stram overdel.
Super hurtig forsendelse til trods for den skulle til udlandet.
Jeg elsker bikinien, den er så fin! Men jeg er dog enig med andre i, at den er utrolig stram om kroppen, og jeg er allerede meget smal der. Stropperne virker også ret lange for mig, men jeg kan "snorre" dem om selve bikinien, og det tager et stykke af, så de passer bedre.
Jeg ELSKER konceptet om bæredygtighed, og at det er lavet af genanvendt plastik.
Lækkert mærke og havde det være lidt bedre i overdelen, så havde det været perfekt. :-)

This was my first purchase from Underprotection. The bikini is quite alright, even though the cut isn't perfect. Size is also pretty big as an XS what I got for the bottom part. Underwear is ok. I probably wouldn't order ok, but I will wear them.

Jeg havde bestilt forskelligt badetøj…
Jeg havde bestilt forskelligt badetøj og virkelig glædet mig, for wauw nogle flotte styles og design.
Underdelene passer egentlig fint synes jeg - og synes de er størrelsessvarende (L), jeg tænkte ‘endelig har jeg fundet en perfekt bikini’. Men overdelene er en anden historie.. begge overdele er virkelig(!!) stramme rundt om kroppen, selvom jeg er smal der. Omvendt er stropperne enormt lange. Jeg blev helt i tvivl om der var skrevet de rigtige størrelser på.
Jeg føler ikke mærket er lavet til kvinder med former eller særlig store bryster - og da jeg efterfølgende kigger rundt på jeres insta, så er det også primært meget slanke kvinder, der er iført jeres undertøj og badetøj. Jeg savner nogle kvinder med større/mere(?) kurver, som jeg kan spejle mig i, når jeg sidder derhjemme og skal bestille hjem.
Øv bøv. Smukke designs, mønstre og farver I har.

Déçue, produit abîmé après avoir été porté 2 fois
Jolis produits et envoi rapide mais déçue de la qualité. J’ai acheté une combinaison en maille, qui valait encore assez cher malgré une promotion, et j’ai déjà un trou au niveau de la ceinture qui s’est ouverte sur 5 centimètres, après 2 portages. Le pantalon commence à se demailler. Je suis stupéfaite car je m’attendais à une meilleure qualité. J’espère pouvoir réparer la combinaison mais je ne recommanderais pas.
