Stay away
I ordered a 300$ dog bed from this company, few days later arrived a shiping confirmation with an unexisting tracking number.i wrote few emails asking about ETA - no feedback. Week later i received a delivery - with wrong item inside! I wrote another email, then another one… no feedback. This company doesn’t provide any phone number so I found an account of Unhide CeO&Founder named Leo Livshetz on Linkedin and sent him a message there - no feedback. And guess what - today have got another marketing mail from them - a note from our founder (in the subject) - containing Thanksgiving greetings from CeO& founder Leo! - mockery! I found similar stories to mines among Amazon reviews, people even found a number of Leo and they staited he was “unbelievably rude” on the phone.. Suck a companies should be closed. Period. P.S. This is a second dog bed from this brand. The first one i took from my friend - looks nice at first site, but then you desciver that inserts are 10$ worth - trash, adter just few wash the outside part lost it’s quality as well, in general 250$ dog bed lasted a year.. is just that for my greyhound i need round soft bed and didn’t find any alternative yet... You better stay away from Leo.
