I see customers giving this site good…

I see customers giving this site good reviews. I have been with them a number of years but suddenly when I used the safer gambling tools they started blocking me regularly even though I was well within my monthly limit. Reluctantly I have decided not to bet with them anymore.

Be warned it use to be easy for me to deposit and withdraw but if you do use the safer gambling (SG) tools like you are encouraged to do then the stress goes spiralling with Unibet blocking the games that the customer likes to play.

Also my advice is be careful of how much money you lose if you do not use the SG tools available as gambling sites are there to win your money and honestly they do not care how much money you lose. The advertising is just for show as they are required to do it.

Please be careful especailly if you have a family

Scam site ive just deactivated my account they withheld winnings my advice do not give these guys your money there are much better genuine sites out there that wont con people.

Account was restricted without notice

Account was restricted without notice. Was unable to bet or withdraw balance to close the account. Absolutely zero response from their team for over 3 weeks. Nobody ever responds to legitimate questions. No idea how this company are even allowed to trade. Would steer well clear of opening a betting account with Unibet. Will be interesting to see if l finally get any response from any of their so called "teams". But am not hopeful after 4+ weeks so far. Sooner they close the account and refund my balance the better. I do not know the reference number unibet have asked for before they respond to this. Over 4 weeks ago my account was restricted for deposits, withdrawals and placing bets. I got an email asking for proof of earnings l sent them proof twice as the 1st was over 3 months old. It took a week to be told this and when l sent proof the 2nd time nothing changed. There was no contact from their so called "team". Only when l spoke to Kenny on live chat did l find out that they wanted a 90 day bank statement, wage slips or self assessment tax form, none of which l am comfortable sharing with them. I requested them to withdraw my balance and close my account. All straightforward you would think. . . But this is Unibet who only respond when they get a 1 star review.

Avoid at all costs

Would give a zero review but can’t. Poor company. Joined and within 30 seconds had my account blocked due to an affordability review. Which is funny because my affordability is fine. Please don’t sign up and waste your money with this group. Go with sky vegas or someone else.

Don't listen to the fake positive…

Don't listen to the fake positive reviews.

As soon as I won a bet, these crooks froze my account. Asked me for a copy of ID and bank card which they refused, and never allowed me access to my account again.

Due to this I was never able to access my winnings. I have used Skybet, Bet365, Paddy Power, William Hill, and never had this issue with them.

Please don't use Unibet, they will freeze your account and keep your money when you actually manage to win.

Edit please advise where you would like me to contact you and I will send my details again.

Had to delete

Had to delete. Loss after loss as usual like every other site. Something very suspicious with their games. Nothing happens. I deposited £200 and was at £0 within about 7 minutes with a few £1 & £2 wins. You just watch your money drain. I understand how gambling works but this is not fair gambling. This is fraud. This is games being restricted and there’s a reason why you’re not getting a bonus. Shocking stuff. Found out from the gambling commissioners office it’s perfectly legal for some sites to use game blockers!! Soemthing i never knew, they make sure not to advertise this don’t they. Since 2021 95% of all gambling sites use game blockers which is why it’s so rare to get a bonus. I’m disgusted. Wish I knew. Deleted permanently like all other sites. Finally feel free. Don’t let these games and sites control you. It’s all fake it’s all rigged and don’t ever forget the main truth - The House Always wins.

Do not register and play. Is a scam site . I was playing over a year and they never give anything back not even a penny £2000 over i put on games and never winn just eat money. DO NOT PLAY YOU WILL LOSE EVERYTHING

Disgraceful treatment of a long time…

Disgraceful treatment of a long time customer. Had my account suspended or put on "a temporary block" multiple times, usually coinciding with me winning a significant amount. Logged in to be told that my block was lifted...but I was unable to access any bonus or rewards features - funnily enough I'd built up significant points that were now inaccessible.

A shower of absolute crooks.

Great experience
