Further update. It’s been three weeks now and they still have my £170 stored in the account or a single person has contacted me regarding the ‘review’ taking place. This is after speaking to multiple customer service agents who have been really useless. They copy and paste replies. You ask for a manager they say the managers aren’t customer facing.

For what reasons are managers there for? I asked multiple times for the contact info of the review team. They said we are unable to give you the contact info.

So to summarize after three weeks going back and forth with customer service multiple times, the company has refused to let me speak to the relevant department, refused to let me speak to the managers and said we can’t do anything til the review team look at it bearing in mind they have had 3 weeks now.

There’s £170 that I cannot withdraw or use until this ‘review’ is done.
