Came here and saw CEO takes a 620k salary so cancelled.Too many people profiting from disaster and wars.

over half a million pound salary for there boss really, most charities bosses living the dream im afraid thats why i stopped all my donations. Greedy people at the top

I started to set up a monthly donation for ten pounds for the children of Gaza and then when I had done it well further down their website it said that after three months the donation would be for the world’s children.there are one billion children under sixteen in the world and nine hundred thousands in Gaza so basically the children of Gaza would not see a penny from my ten pounds. UNICEF use emotive words to attract your money but it’s a con.

If these large charities who beg for money did what they were supposed to do, there would be no child poverty left in the world and all cancers would have cures. They’re all in it for the money so logically they want the problem to continue. I cannot find an Honest charity to help these kids.

I can’t believe they took my one-time donation and turned it into a monthly subscription. On top of that, I can’t cancel my subscription through their website, after using their Customer portal login link, you have to contact them first in order to cancel, which is incredibly frustrating. The minimum donation amount is also ridiculous at around $25. If this isn’t a fraudulent alert, then I don’t know what is.

I tried to donate my hard earned money but their communication was extremely poor, they never seemed bothered about me and just wanted my money. The employees i spoke to over the phone were rude and didn't care at all. I wouldn't recommend donating to this organisation to anyone. Don't waste your money!

I’ve taken them out of my will because of a bad experience I had with them. I doubt they care, though.

I really wish they would stop their adverts on tv. It's disgusting. Stop giving money to other countries and think about Britain. I really don't care about kids in other countries.

If you donate money once. They keep on getting it from your money each month and there is no way to cancel this on their website. I had to change my card to get rid of them

I see while watching YouTube that Unicef UK is begging for funds for children in the Ukraine, so far they have raised 80K considering their CEO earns $620K per annum I think thats a real damn cheek! Typical of all these so called charities, pretty good at looking after themselves!!!!

Why is UNICEF who have quite a bad record on ethics and accountability already on TV claiming they are getting fuel, medical supplies and aid into Gaza? But need us to send them money, If the UN aid is stuck at the border and under Hamas control once it gets in, what is it UNICEF are doing that the UN is getting wrong, and why are they once again allowed to beg for money based on a very questionable claim. If this is the case then this type of getting money under false pretenses shouldn’t be allowed. Be very careful where you put any donations in 2024

Is it not funny how an international company can be exposed in a scandalous documentary that highlighted sexual harassment,bullying in its offices down to Unicef peacekeepers abusing children.Yet continue to ply their adverts from that very night until today as if nothing was amiss..treating the public like fools,"they will soon forget."
I cannot remember the title of the documentary but just google..`unicef scandals`.. and you will find many more.

Unicef`s salary bill plus benefits that include 18-30 days vacation,health insurance and a pension to name a few,continual begging advertisement costs,paying third grade so called celebrities to become ambassadors add to billions of pounds a year,that is a tremendous amount of £10....£27 emergency aid packages....so do not think your donation is going anywhere near the people you think you are helping,it is going towards their salaries first then adverts to keep their money coming in,it is run as a marketing BUSINESS..

They use (could be classed as abuse) the vulnerable to try and lay a guilt trip on society to build a `Business` under the guise of a charity that is only concerned about ensuring their continued substantial salaries and lifestyle etc.
