hello chris, we checked and the video did finish, it's in your dashboard under tasks. nothing was taken from you, the $1.20 was the cost of that job and the output is right there. if you can't find it email contact@unifically.com with the task id and we'll point you to it.
one thing though, a quick message to support would have cleared this up in minutes. we always make things right if the fault is ours, so please reach out first next time. and calling us a scam when the video was generated as expected isn't fair or true, please check before accusing publicly.
New Developers Deserve More Starter Credits
Honestly, I like the platform, but as a newcomer, they should've given a few more credits instead of just $0.20. It's such a small amount that it doesn't really make new developers feel welcome.

thanks for trying us out. $0.20 isn't meant to be a limit, it's mainly there to stop abuse since we've had people drain credits on throwaway accounts. our prices are already low, so this keeps things stable for everyone. if you want to test more, topping up $1-2 gets you test balance past the starter credit. if that changes your take, an updated rating would mean a lot.
