The uniLever products are not worthy even i am facing issue in germ kit of pure it excella since i buy this product (from last 2 & half years). company is unable to provide kit for this product. i did not recommend this product please don't waste your money on it.

Nous somme pourtant en droit d'obtenir une réponse sérieuse après les dégradations de notre linge consécutivement au lancement d'une nouvelle lessive encore immature pour sa commercialisation.

For many years I have been using Sure antiperspirant. As usual I bought a couple and one of them, initially worked as normal, then the nozzle failed. I cleaned etc but it was not working. I was a bit embarrassed to complain but I still rang Unilever helpline.

I don't normally complain over minor things but I was pleasantly surprised at the courtesy extended to me. The phone call was handled very professionally and Unilever sent me some coupons. Amazing service. Many thanks

They did not turn up on the day of our house move nor did they let us know they would not be arriving, our chain has now fallen apart and we have missed the stamp duty holiday deadline.

Bought some Mint Magnum Minis that turned out to be Vanilla in the box! Sent complaint. No one made contact then they asked me to review there customer care! What response do you think I gave them!

Waarom wij hier in België nog altijd opgescheept zitten met super kleine verpakkingen van 200ml (conditioner) tot 250ml (shampoo, bodywash) is gewoon al te gek.

Zéker in deze pandemie zou je denken, je geeft mensen een groter volume aan product, zodat zij niet weer zo snel naar de winkel hoeven.

Maar nee. Dat je dan 5 flessen conditioner aankoopt (1L) en scheef bekeken wordt, dat mag. Want je mag niet "hoarden". Hola! Mag het? Ik heb, als vrouw, lange haren en met 1 fles kom ik amper toe voor 2 à 3x wassen. Ik wil ook niet wekelijks die aankoop hebben.

Dan zie je in de US mensen *standaard* met flessen van 500ml en 1L en denk je, waarom hinken wij hier zo achter op alles?

Unilever SA does not give a Rats about their consumers. They changed the formula used on one of their comfort fabric conditioners and when I complained about it, they asked to collect the product and in return provide me with vouchers to compensate my horrible experience. Two bottles of the product were collected and I had to nag them for a voucher. Eventually I was given a voucher, a voucher that was not even enough to purchase one bottle of fabric conditioner. When I got to the retail shopto use that voucher I was told that it does not work. I contacted unilever SA after that to ask why I was given a voucher that does not workand till Today there has been absolute silence from begining of February.

They changed the formula in ALL of their lotions and its awful I'll never do business with them anymore they didn't warn consumers the new formula is garbage

Unilever has a good product range and we are using these products since ages. Prices are economical and quality is good. Their soap and Washing powder range is also good.

I started to use Tresemme Moisture Rich New Formula for dry and damaged hair by Unilever and its Great. I started to keep an Afro during the lockdown and tried loads of other moisturizers, and yes, definitely Tresemne produced far better results. My Afro seemed easier to manage and improved the quality of my hair, and gave it a clear shine. I will stick with it unless something better comes along or I go back to shaving my head.

Après avoir acheté 5 pots de moutarde impropres à la consommation (photos à l'appui), le service consommateur m'a proposé une indemnisation 2 mois plus tard et 3 mails de relance après, plus de réponse.

Hvad er forskellen mellem normalt hår og unormalt hår?
På hårshampooen figurerer "normalt hår" ikke længere.
Er shampooen nu ikke anvendelig til normalt hår?
Kan den kun bruges til krus- eller strithår?

Please stop making products. You are ruining hair skin and bank accounts! I miss the original Tresemme/Dove products.😞

What a laughable ad, it used to have hard men fronting them..Henry Cooper, Barry McGuigan etc. And now we have Vinny Jones, who got beat up by his neighbour, all 5'6" and 120lbs of him. And, also, don't Brut sell roll ons, 2 different types? So why does he slate roll ons, are they telling us that their product is no good?

I'm a user to most of their products ever since. They have cheap but good quality items to offer to the market. From food to toiletries, I must say that I prefer purchasing them than the other brands.

I received samples from Unilever/Suave for moisturizing curly hair. It is awesome! Really thick and has coconut oil that smells great and leaves curls soft. Great detangler also! Try it!!

I purchased “Lynx You deodorant & bodyspray 48Hr Fresh”. I found it didn’t deodorise and as for 48Hr fresh, I smelt of BO after a couple of hours. Very disappointed.
