Disgusting company that doesn't give a damn about its customers. A few of their Sure deodorants are spaying air and not deodorant and having asked me to provide them with full details they then completely ignored me despite sending them a few email reminders. However after reading a few other reviews from dissatisfied customers I now know Unilever does not care. I shall therefore cease using any of their products. Reputable company? Mp way near! Terrible company to be avoided at all costs.

Hidden 20% decrease in the size of simple soap bars 125 to 100g, carefully arranged in the packaging so you can't feel bars are now hollowed out on one side as well as reduced in size. Such tricks are dishonest!
This will also wastes resources as with the higher surface area to volume ratio of the bars will also cause them dissolve more quickly - so also greedy and not helping the environment.
Just takes advantage of people with sensitive skin.

J'ai testé 3 produits en 2 mois: Ultra détachant, Active protection, Action odor defense. Ca pue et abime le linge. Emballage plastique polluant 2 fois trop grand!

- Résidus plastique fondu collés dans linge, l'a abimé.
- J'ai tenté de le mettre SOUS le linge et non au milieu: guère mieux car se dissout mal

Honte écologique:
- Enorme BAC PLASTIQUE moitié VIDE: j'ai pu regrouper le contenu de 2 boîtes en 1! 62 capsules au LIEU DE 31 d'origine!
- IMPOSSIBLE de DIMINUER la dose pour petit volume ou linge peu sale.
- GROS VOLUME INUTILE qui remplit placard, sac de courses
- TROMPE le consommateur

SCANDALEUX que cette daube soit vendue à coup de "promotions". Boycot de ces emballages plastique!

My wife used surf tablets for the first time. She used as per instructions but when my sons Forty hoody came out of the machine it was clearly bleached or stained pink? My wife made contact with unilever who after asking for some online information and pictures offered to a refund?? Seriously my sons hood cost 80 pounds and is completely ruined. I have since read other reviews and cannot believe a company of this size can get away with trading with such disgusting feedback.

I recently accidentally got some Vaseline on a new duvet cover. It has made a stain that won't come off. Customer Services couldn't card less.

Heb een klacht ingediend maar kreeg geen gehoor na vele mails gestuurd eindelijk een bericht van vorige week vrijdag ze moest zich inlezen en kwam er op terug maar tot heden niks bijna een week verder

Uansvarlig i bæredygtighed og utroværdig markedsføring. Jeg har netop åbnet en OMO vaskepulver - megapack. Det er sådan set korrekt, men der er kun 60% i æsken. Resten er luft der både snyder forbrugeren og som ikke efterlader hensyn til bæredygtighed.

Luckily had paid by PayPal & raised an issue with them. I received refund of cost of goods but not postage which was £10. How can they charge for postage when they haven't posted anything?! Shocking

Skrev ett meddelande till via att jag har problem med klåda och kraftig eksem efter jag bytte till flyttande tvättmedel. Fick svar att det inte är så och jag över doserar eller fel på tvättmedel. Försvann direkt när jag byte tillbaka till pulver uppenbarligen korrelation. Givetvis vet jag dosering av tvättmedel och testat detta är inte relevant! Kan åtminstone erbjuda återbetalning på tvättmedlet jag köpte oavsett orsak. Oansvarigt svar av ett företag som producerar kemikalier!

Rama neue Rezeptur gekauft - da ist mehr Wasser als Fettbestandteile drin. In der Pfanne spritzt das Zeug nur. Aus meiner Sicht ist dies Betrug an den Kunden. Ich werde nie wieder Rama kaufen. Ein Stern ist noch zu viel.

Product was terrible contacted customer service. Provided all the information and photos. I was then contacted by them and it was suggested that I had changed to bar code and given them false information. For the £3.00 I paid stick it.
