My wife and I closed on our new home very recently, and I'm so pleased with the help I've received from Union Plus! Everyone I've worked with has been extremely helpful and patient, especially considering how busy the housing market is at this time. I knew next to nothing about how complex the mortgage process is when I began, but that hardly mattered as we went along - everyone has been so understanding and thorough in explaining each step of the process. Taking on a mortgage for the first time can be (and often is) overwhelming, but everyone here is so willing to help and be as available as they can that any concerns are quickly assuaged. A huge thank-you goes out to Michael, Jim, and especially Meredith, who have been wonderful to work with!

From my first telephone call with Michael for pre-approval to closing a month later with Meredith, Union Plus was outstanding. I was pre-qualified and had the supporting documents in less than an hour. Once I found a home and sealed the deal Meredith stepped in and took over. She made the process worry free and quickly navigated through some obstacles along the way. I had my sight set on a certain closing date and time and Meredith made it happen without a hitch. This was by far the best home buying experience ever. I can't say enough good things about Union Plus and especially Meredith who was always on top of it, she truly made it happen perfectly. I closed on my mortgage about a month ago. I received a good rate and closed pretty quickly. The only negative was I would of liked to be kept up to date on what documents we were waiting for. I just received the $500 gift card in the mail as promised. Thank you.

It seemed like no one shared what we were asked to upload we had to upload the same docs several times to different people by the time our loan was done the rates had gone up. Maybe should have done it with another load company to get the lower rates because they said it would only take a few days with union it took about 2 months. Sad to say because the people are very nice that we worked with we would not recommend them.

I recently did a refi with Union Plus Mortgage because of the great experience we had with them when we bought our home 2 years ago. Like before they were there the entire step of the way and were always available to answer any of my questions, which were a lot! I recommend them to everyone I work with! I will always use them for my mortgage needs!!

Michael and Meredith were great. I was able to refinance completely contactless, but with great email communication every step of the way. I'm happy to be able to have union hardship protection for my mortgage should I ever need it. I've put off refinancing for along time, because I didnt really understand what was involved or if I would have to come out of pocket to do it (i didnt) and UPMC made it easy to get my questions answered and the process completed.

I had the best experience with Union Plus Mortgage! I have nothing but kudos for the team's help in finding the best type of mortgage and lender to fit my needs. Knowing that I have a union affiliated company behind me and my home is deeply reassuring.

When we started looking for a home we prepared ourselves for a long process, especially since there was virtually no inventory in our area. We started with the online questionnaire, and within minutes we received a call from James. We found a home a couple of weeks later and was then handed off to Meredith. Both James and Meredith exceeded my expectations and excelled in customer service. I know that I was just one of many clients they were serving, however, I felt as if I was their only one. Sold mortgage to known predatory lender less than six months after getting our mortgage. Great process all the way through until they sold our mortgage to a know predatory lender. We did not miss any payments or had any other negagtive credit actions.
Now we have to pay fees when making a payment online, by check, or by phone. No explanation as to why, no response to inquires or follow-ups. Might be union owned but they don't have the Union sense of fellowship and doing what is right. Buyer beware
