I am thankful for their dedication towards making this work for me.

They knew that my current bank paid my taxes but they sent theirs as well. So I paid double taxes and have to wait 3 months for my reimbursement from county. This boosted their commission because I was going to use the taxes to pay down refi balance.

I worked with the absolute best people at UPM, Jaclyn and Michael were amazing. This being my first time buying my home, they answered my MANY questions so quickly. My emails were always answered same day or next day. I never felt, even though I'm sure I was, like a burden. All in all, they were absolutely amazing and would highly recommend.

I started off with Michael and he was excellent..
and then I was passed down to Meredith unfortunately... Working with Meredith was a horrible experience from the moment I spoke with her ,her tone was awful... I think she was overworked...

I complained about her several times....
I do not recommend Union plus Mortgage...
Near the end of the loan processing,
Union plus Mortgage ask for information from my homeowners insurance that was impossible for the company to give them...Loan Cost Estimator
After that I just cancel the application and went with another company...

Thank you for all the help. I got answers to all my questions and I am happy with how it worked out. It was a quick turn around to close and my agent worked really hard to get it done. Friendly, helpful and accessible throughout.

Always a pleasure working with Union Plus.

I contacted Union Plus and they contacted Rocket Mortgage, then I received a new mortgage. The only negative is the amount of time I had to wait for it to be completed. It finally got done.

Working with Union Plus Mortgage was terrific. As a first time homeowner, the process can be a bit daunting. However, Union Plus Mortgage representatives walked me through each step, they thoroughly explained the process, and were available to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend Union Plus!

It started off great with Tamera, I would give her 5 stars! She was thorough, very detailed, answered a lot of questions to determine the best option for me. Who it was then passed on to, very disappointing!!! Extremely poor with communication along the way, process, time frame, etc. He would pretty much only respond after I waited a while before reaching back out to him. He would continue to say "Yep, looking good, should be finalizing any day now". Another week would pass, I would reach out, get minimal response. Even a issue with the appraisal, after receiving it 3x's, he then said he needed to reach out to someone in County or City to get a letter to go along with it. Needless to say, I had to do all of this, he did NOTHING!. After all is then said and done, "yep, things are looking good now". A week later, I again, reach out to him. His response, "Oh, you wanted to lock in your rate and move forward???" WHAT?!? Are you kidding me??? Finally closed about a week after that. What should take 6 weeks at most took over 9 WEEKS, for pure laziness!!!!! I can't even believe he has a job.

Thank you for getting me in getting my new home. I will always be grateful for what this company did for me.

Working with Angelo and Patrick was a great pleasure. Both of them answered any and all questions I had. When I left a message for them, they promptly returned my call. I would highly recommend using Union Plus Mortage. Every experience had been wonderful.

There were several delays to my closing and questions that went unanswered.

I truly had to keep the ball rolling on my mortgage. There were about 4-6 people assigned to the different processes and none were very good at communicating with me and the fact I lived on Pacific coast and they worked on East Coast made this even worse. Twice, paperwork was messed up on their end that cost me 100's of dollars in increasing closing costs. When it was all finished, I got NO communication from Union Plus that it was approved or how the payout would work or the paying of my old mortgage... nothing! I only knew I had closed from the actual company that holds my mortgage. I also NEVER got my gift card that they promised after closing.

Was awesome. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Super easy.

The team was helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process from beginning to end--and the "end" was quite favorable for our family. Thank you, Union Plus Mortgage Company!
