Order took more than 20 days to ship. Rather disappointed in how slow the processing was. The item states 10-15 business days. I reached out to customer service multiple times to be kept apprised on the status, in which they were prompt to respond, but no concrete dates were ever provided.

Purchasing was quick and easy but shipping has been slow and behind what was promised.

This bar set is perfect for at home body pump. The rounded triangle plates stay put. The bar itself has padding in the middle so it's really comfortable. I just wish there were more replacement plate options.

I called their customer service (which had stellar reviews online) before placing an order for the TKO barbell set and they said their stock order arrives in 2 weeks then they turn the order over quickly to send out to the customer. Everything was exactly as she said. Packaging was very secure. The quality is excellent! The weights have a smooth finish and the barbell has a nice soft lining for better grip.
