My coach was Ashley and she had her hands full trying to get me up to speed in the beginning. I was trying to kick a nasty virus and had considerable brain fog. She was patient made me want to keep pressing forward. After three Tax Lien Auctions, I have acquired 11Liens. Because of my poor start we only had a couple classes on Tax Deeds. With Ashleys help, I really picked it up fast. With a couple more classes I will be able to branch out into Tax Deeds! If you need something between sessions, the hotline will have a coach get back to you the same day.

The only real problem is that I have not been able to put in the time.
Adam Giles was very patient and helpful to reschedule our appointments as needed. I will continue to try to put in the time and Adam gave me suggestions for staying on track.

United Tax Liens has a vast learning library and resources to help you learn how Tax Liens and Deeds work on a state by state basis, programs to help do most of the leg work for you and people that you can call to get specific answer on any question you might have. ALL THINGS CONSIDERED: They are definitely the best at what they do!

I have had the pleasure of working with a couple great coaches Nate Bennett & Chris Deal.
Before working with these coaches, I had flipped a few houses on my own with no structure. Success was limited but failure happened and I was spending everyday working on them myself to save. I just finished my 1st flip using the structure these coaches had taught me. With their expert tutelage I turned a profit and never stepped foot in the house. My main goal was to get started. Ryan helped me decide when to by my first tax lien (July 1, 2026).

Frank Murphy really gave me a great basic understanding of real estate fix and flips, which led me into the RISE MASTERY Program as a Scout. Now I'm expanding further on what Frank started, but honing in on a specific "craft," if you will. I'm really enjoying the entire United Tax Liens program!!
