A thorough, well presented education in tax liens and deeds. The training includes both face to face instruction and an automated tool which simplifies the management of liens and deeds. The instructors are well prepared to teach the fundamentals and are always available to assist in the learning process. My personal coach, Travis Young, deserves the greatest credit for my successful preparation for additional, rewarding financial skills. Travis always demonstrated exceptional knowledge and teaching skills. Our face to face sessions were always enjoyable on top of sharing his exceptional knowledge. Travis earned my highest recommendation as an educator.

Working with Nate was one of the best investments I’ve made in myself and my business. His experience and depth of knowledge are unmatched, but what really sets him apart is the way he delivers it — with energy, patience, authenticity, and a genuinely fun personality that makes learning easy and enjoyable.

Freddy, Daniel, and Vivienne have been a blessing to me. Freddie has been VERY patient with me throughout the Fly Out. I am slow with computers and he has walked me through my training. I have learned an immense amount about flipping properties this weekend and feel more comfortable placing an offer.

Daniel has met with me each week and taught the key components of flipping a property. He is easy to understand and guides me with a spirit of excellence.

Vivienne has kept me on track with reminding me about the upcoming Expo and other logistics for success. She is kind, pleasant to talk to, and returns calls promply.

I really learned a lot of from them about the Accelerated Mastery Program and the real estate business and I still have a long way to go. The one on one training is great. For me not knowing a thing about tax liens and deeds this was very helpful. I almost feel I need a few more one on one sessions.

My advice to future students: Be as prepared as possible for your coach’s arrival so you can get the most out of the experience. Get rid of as many distractions as possible.

I recently completed my real estate investor flyout in Salt Lake City, Utah, and I can honestly say this experience exceeded my expectations.
Mark Perez is an excellent trainer—very knowledgeable, patient, and clear in his coaching style. He broke down how to find strong properties, how to evaluate deals properly, and how to confidently determine ARV. Every question I had (and others asked) was answered with real insight and practical application. What I appreciated most is that this wasn’t just theory—we were actually out looking at properties, applying what we learned in real time. And I started my first flip!!!!
Before the flyout, I had onboarding training with Jarold Spight, who truly set the foundation. He prepared me for success by teaching me how to find solid realtors, contractors, pull accurate comps, and most importantly, how to choose the right markets.
With the right systems and guidance from both Jarold and Mark, I now feel confident moving forward in real estate investing. In a short amount of time, I’ve already made major progress—I’m currently working on my first flip, I have my funding lined up with a hard money lender, and I’ve connected with a great contractor.

What really stands out is that both Jarold and Mark are genuine. They truly care about your success and don’t hold back when it comes to giving you the tools, knowledge, and support you need. They’ve created an environment where you can learn how to confidently invest, not just locally, but choose strong markets and invest in real estate opportunities from anywhere.

United Tax Liens showed me the opportunity to understand the Real Estate Market. My first coach, Pam Ross extremely Knowledgeable and helpful. She has patient, new to the material, I developed over several weeks the skills needed in this industry.

Shortly after I continue with the Accelerate Mastery w/Fly-out with two coaches named Daniel Ray and Dan Dryer which on weekly follow ups and a personal visit locally which includes walk-thru of properties, evaluating and calculating good offers, but most of all one on one with realtors, Brookers and Contractors. To this day they are still overseeing my success story.

I do value their business and encourage any new visitors to give them the opportunity to improve or add to your growth in the Real Estate Market.

Bill Smith was my coach. He was knowledgeable, personable and really great to train with. He accommodated my work schedule which was crazy because I work in Imports/exports and President Trump's tariffs created a lot of havoc and chaos in our work environment that we had to deal with immediately. When I decided that tax liens were not really for me, he pivoted and helped me work through other options. He helped me narrow down what I really wanted to focus on. I really enjoyed working with him.

I think this is the best company. My coach. Bill Smith has helped me search for properties in ways I have not thought about it made it easier and a lot closer to reaching my goal of getting 3 Fix and Flips for this year. He has a great way of teaching, I am older and he makes it easy for me to understand. Thank you!

I started out taking classes for tax liens and deeds, and have now also started taking classes for their Masterclass program, which includes a 3-day intensive one-on-one class with an experienced coach as well as one-on-one online classes.
My coaches, Mark Perez and Eduardo are very experienced in their fields and are able to not only teach but also give me real-live examples. Both push me to think "outside the box" and I feel confident that I can duplicate their steps and succeed in my investment stragegy.

The support from all the other staff members have also been great, such as Rachel Mahoney, who coached me in Tax liens. The best part, even after the individual classes are completed, students can still access the coaches via their hotline, in case we need help making a decision in our investments.

I have had good experiences with UTL. My coach Daniel is very knowledgeable about real estate investing and is passing on that knowledge to me. Great program. I highly recommend it.

Paul has been so great to work with these last few days. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely patient with me. He truly is a good teacher/mentor, and I appreciate all I have learned from him this week. The cherry on top is that he is a really nice guy and has a great sense of humor. It's been a pleasure.

Ryan Windley was my instructor and was very patient and thorough as he instructed me about purchasing tax liens. I have no previous experience in business or realestate, so this was all new to me. He answered questions and reviewed things as needed. I learned so much and I am looking forward to this new venture.

I only had 4 coaching sessions with Coach Frank Murphy but received a wealth of value in those 4 sessions. It was off the charts! I just wish my entire coaching sessions package had been with him or no telling how successful I would be in my real estate wholesale career journey by now! We were down to business from the get-go, and it was a full hour of his experienced guidance. He took it further in recap emails of our sessions that also laid out my week’s action plan of clear, exact steps with no guesswork including encouraging words. To top it off, Frank is extremely engaging and friendly making his coaching a five-star experience I highly recommend!
