Derek was a great fly out coach
Derek was a great fly out coach. My son and I had an awesome experience learning a new approach to the real estate investing business. Derek is an expert and is willing to share his expertise with others who are interested in the business. He is direct, honest, helpful and supportive. He is focused on getting things done and he utilized the time we had together in a very efficient manner. I only wish we would have had one more day.

My coach was Janessa Green. She is very knowledgeable about the tax lien opportunities. Her instruction style is exceptional. I was dealing with some life moments that effected my time and she adapted to my time as needed. I appreciate that. We completed the four sessions, and I feel ready to dive in.

Getting There
The level of professionalism, thoroughness of material, and ability to learn in different formats is incredible. It was a little stressful at times trying to balance with my other obligations but everyone was patient (especially Adam-my advisor), and by tackling the process one step at a time - I got there. “There” was doing deposits and bids on Auction tax liens, plus the confidence and enthusiasm to keep moving forward in other lien and deed endeavors.

Experience with Fly-Out Coaches
I have had a great experience so far with both of my Fly-Out coaches Freddy and Daniel. I am currently completing my 3-Day Fly-Out and am excited that I am seeing everything come together. From my video coaching sessions and in-person guidance, I am building my knowledge and confidence in the process, finding the right properties, building teams, understanding ARV, repair costs, scopes of work, and making multiple, strong offers. I am looking forward to this continued journey together and being able to complete my first fix and flip!

Hawthorne / Derek Chicago Flout
I just got back from our Fly Out with Derek. We had three full days of learning. Derek was our teacher. My overall experience was great and met my expectations. We were there to learn how to evaluate properties for flipping. It is a process that we can repeat on our own. I got all of this from Derek in three days plus 6 meetings before with Christian. That is a ton of information and systems to learn in a short time. The truth is I can't retain all of that but I did retain a lot because we did a bunch repeats of the process to try and get it into my thick skull :)
This will take many more repeats by me. But I am confident Unified Wealth's coaches will be there to help me when I need it. I'm just saying; this organization has shown me great focus on service to help me be successful. I'm sure they will do the same for you!

Coaching with Chris and Freddy
The experience I had with my coaches was of high quality. I enjoyed that they took the time, both online and in person, to make sure that I was understanding things. The fact that they also ensured that I made the calls needed myself and that I used the applications myself, was also of great use. They were good at making me feel at ease with all the training I received and the tasks that I was assigned.

Excellent, worthwhile, and necessary training in tax lien/deed investing
The world of Tax liens, deeds, and real estate transactions is complex and there is a learning curve to this business. Through the videos, resources and especially through the coaching from Erin Butler and support from Antonio, Mason and others, I was able to make my first deal within 3 months. There is still a lot to learn, but I am confident that with the ongoing support, I will be able to make make my business successful. Definitely worth the investment in the UTL program.
