Well, first of all, I am satisfied with the efficiency of the costumer service. They handle inquiries and requests on time and in a professional fashion. The communication is always sufficient and fast, granting me a kind of convenience. Furthermore, the agent who handles my cases is very nice and flexible, replying my message on time and responding to my request with a sufficient answer.
Last but not least, I am consent with the overall service.

Very professional agents, they are very supportive in whathever kind of need. Moreover, they are really trasparent and respect every aspect presented on the contract.
A special mention to Thomas, one of the agents, who's helped me and attended me while i was getting in troubles with my bank for the wire trasnfer. I suggest everyone to have him as a point of reference in case of issues!!

Wij hebben University Housing als een onbetrouwbare partner ervaren en als een (vastgoed-)leverancier van slechte kwaliteit.
Sommige basisvoorzieningen ( geiser / warm water/ wasmachine, etc) functioneren niet gedurende lange tijd. Reparaties worden vaak uitgesteld of in het geheel niet uitgevoerd.
Gevoerde gesprekken en daar bij gedane toezeggingen worden ontkend.
Vermeende problemen worden aangevoerd om uitbetaling van borgsom uit te stellen. De transparantie, integriteit en betrouwbaarheid die men wil uitstralen wordt naar onze mening op geen enkele wijze waargemaakt. Sinds de opzegging van de huur per 1 februari is er nog (steeds) geen terugbetaling van de borgsom ( 1 mei 2021). Beloftes over communicatie, terugbellen of andere vormen van feedback worden structureel niet waargemaakt. Kortom, onbetrouwbaar als verhuur-partner.

Had a nice stay. Room was good. Had everthing I needed.

We are very gratefull with this company they are very professional, explain everything and also they try to help you in all the areas that you would have questions.
I recomend University Housing if you want to make a change in your life and need to live new experiences!!!

I rented a apartment with University Housing from abroad without first visiting the place, and I booked it for over a year. You can imagine that I was quite anxious how that would play out. But this was the best abroad experience that I’ve had so far. From the moment they received me at their office to hand me my keys. They where easily reachable for all my questions and inquiries. Very patient staff who go out of their way to make sure that you get the best service. When my contact ended, I could easily get a new accommodation with them and the transition was smooth as well. They are not perfect, mistakes where made but I have to admit that when something happened, they did their best to make it right and I always felt like I was their top priority. Best landlords ever!

Renting one of the apartments from University Housing has been great! The staff are very professional, friendly and make sure that you're taken very good care of. When you go in to get your key, a customer care staff member takes the time to answer any questions that you may have about the property. If I had any problems, then I just had to write an enquiry in the University Housing app about the problem. A University Housing customer care staff member would call me within 24 hours to ask for more details about the problem before sending someone over to fix the problem. They would also follow up afterwards to make sure the problem was fixed. Thank you University Housing for all the effort that you have taken to make sure that my problems were well taken care of and I was taken seriously! Keep up the great work!

Excellent communication and got a very warm welcome

The photos are taken carefully to avoid areas with poor maintenance. When I moved in there were a lot of issues, such as blocked drains and broken parts of furniture/appliances. The quality of the housing seems to be dependent on the condition it was left in by previous tenants, without much effort from the property managers to make sure it is of a high standard. There is a monthly cleaner but the kitchen and bathroom are still really messy and dirty.

Update: After some unpleasant phonecalls with the company I managed to get my lease ended early. Still had to deal with ongoing issues with appliances not working, plumbing issues and issues with cleanliness and privacy. I was far from satisfied with the outcome and my overall experience; I wish I never booked with them in the first place.

PLEASE IGNORE THE REPLY BELOW, IT IS DISHONEST - I ended my lease on very negative terms with this agency (reported them to the Huurteam who found they were overcharging us). They also tried to lie and say they didn't need my permission to enter my room while I wasn't there.

NIET HUREN BIJ UNIVERSITY HOUSING!!!!!!
In de contract staat dat hun maken schoon voordat je de kamer/woning huurt en dat is een leugen! Als je gaat ook weg, betaal geen bijdraag zodat hun kunnen schoonmaken voor de volgende huurder want dat is niet je responsabiliteit, dat is hun taak!
Bed lakens waren vies, douch was super super vies en verstopt en de knoop van mijn wc was kapot, ik kan ook geen koude water krijgen bij de douch omdat de knoop kapot is.
ik probeer hun te bellen hun nemen nooit op! Als ik op een andere nummer gaat bellen dan nemen ze wel op das super raar! Hun vertellen mij dat ik ben responsabel voor alles die kapot is in de huis en als ik wil dat iemand de toilet komt repareren, ik moet betallen, maar toen ik binnen kwam was al deze dingen’s kapot! Internet is ook super super slecht en heb nu ook problemen bij de gemeente voor dit adress want in mijn contract staat dat ik huur een kamer maar bij de gemeente sta ik ingeschreven als ik een hele appartament huur terwijl ik een kamer huurt en nu zit ik in problemen met de belastingdienst want ik moet al de zorgtoeslagen die ik heb gekregen terug betalen omdat hun tellen ik en mijn huisgenoot als toeslagpartner terwijl wij allebei apparte kamers huren.
Je ziet dat hun willen geld geld en meer geld van jouw maar hun zijn niet ready om niks te repareren en klaar om te wachten tot dat iemand hun woning huurt zodat hun kunnen de schuld gooien op jouw!
Hun vragen jouw om review te zetten op dit website voordat je echt echt in je woning woont en ze blijven ook op jouw zodat je niet vergeet om een goeie review voor hun te zetten, voor dit kunnen ze wel gelijk contact opnemen met jouw ahahahah, Echt super slecht, als ik kon de tijd terug draaien zou ik nooit nooit nooit in een van deze kamers vertrekken, what a waste of money!

I had a great time in their studio. There were all furniture that I need. TV was also nice.

If you talk about quality you talk about University Housing. They are not perfect, but they always find new ways to improve their service to make sure they're clients are happy and comfortable at their place. They communicate well and makes sure you are well taken care of. When situations occur they look for solutions and will help you to their best extend. Good Housing, Good Company of Rent.

This is my 3rd appartment that i'm renting and it only gets better and better.
