Works and has great customer service
It worked well when I was working abroad and wanted to connect to the UK. When I needed support there was a prompt and personal response (not a bot). When I returned to the UK and wanted to cancel the subscription there was no problem doing this. Excellent.

I bought the subscription to stream US Netflix in my country but due to some technical issue dns didn't work on my TV although worked fine on every other device so I made a refund request and immediately received a positive response from customer support. Glad that they understood that I'm no longer willing to use it.

Good But Not good
Good VPN, but it's worse than Softether VPN, which is completely free. Plus, I don't recommend this VPN if you have financial issues!

I was having quite a few problems with my new ISP and their ds-lite tunnel, but the team never stopped helping, and finally resolved the situation.

Reliable and Dependable
I ran into an issue with transfer of my account onto a new machine (laptop), the "support team" got back to me straight away with the "cure" for the problem. Excellent service both in speed and knowledge.

Quick response, effective solution, problem solved!
After working well, my VPN suddenly stopped connecting. I got a detailed response from Unlocator and easy to follow instructions to correct the problem.
