Ashima has been gentle, kind, sharp, and I appreciated her ability to cross-reference wisdom and knowledge from across cultures. In the course of our 9 days studying a text together, she also brought flexibility in adapting material/coursework as she goes, and that truly helps in making a text feel more alive, and more lived. What's also been valuable is the tiny little community we have found -- would recommend!

Guruji has taken the wisdom of those before her and has placed it towards a compassionate future for others!

Ashima truly meets you where you are. After going through two pregnancies in two years and spending the last few years prioritizing career over health, I could feel the toll on my body and mind. I knew I needed a fundamental and holistic change—that’s how I found Ashima’s program. She took the time to understand my lifestyle and quickly designed a sustainable approach that works for me.

What makes Ashima unique is how she allows my body and mind to guide the priorities of each session, which has completely shifted my mindset toward “listening to my body.” During movement sessions, she is incredibly attentive—carefully monitoring breath and teaching exactly which stretches you should and shouldn’t feel. She somehow manages to deliver this hands-on precision even through virtual guidance, something I’ve rarely seen done well.

Ashima motivates in a way that feels supportive yet empowering—she encourages me to push myself as much as I’m ready for, helping me separate emotion from capability, which I really needed. The meditation sessions have become my favorite part; I look forward to them every time. They give me small but powerful boosts of strength and energy, both mentally and physically.

I want to note that I’m not new to yoga or meditation, but Ashima’s guidance has completely changed how I integrate them into my life. Because of her, I’ve been able to stay consistent, and the impact has been.

Working with Ashima has been a one of a kind experience. Meditating with a coach has proven to be quite useful as it provides psychological safety and somatic healing rather while than meditating alone. Ashima provides guidance through the meditation and it's been a pleasure working with her - a highly trained professional. It's the same as working out in the gym. It's easier to work out with a buddy as it's motivating and also comforting. I would highly recommend meditation with Ashima as that's one of her core strengths.

Our session was stimulating, encouraging & invigorating. Had I not been unwell this week, I would've continued my attempt at evening meditation. Having a group meet for it, makes it more disciplinary and rewarding & us attendees feel connected & motivated.
