I paid for an unlocking service for a mobile device to be able to use it globally. After three hours with the "technician" in charge of unlocking the phone, he could not do the task, and that "technician" disconnected from the online chat without saying a word (I have the chat in pdf as proof). Then I contacted another "technician" who simply told me that it can not be unlocked because the phone is blacklisted, and he told me that the phone would work outside the country, and that they would not give me a refund, because the refund is not applicable to my case, and then this second "technician" disconnected himself without saying another word. Instantly I discovered his lie since at that very moment I was in another country and the phone did not work, therefore, what the technician said was a lie to get out of the problem without reimbursing my money. I'm afraid these gentlemen are scammers.

The unlock was resolved within 24 hours. My phone needed a remote unlock by cable so I had to live chat with a technician. I also was skeptical because of some of the reviews but it was well worth giving them a try. I am very pleased to have my cellphone unlocked. Where do we start? They tried to unlock the first time to no avail. I could tell it didn't work and I contacted them again and they went through a second try. Well it did unlock the phone but now the phone randomly restarts every 2 to 4 minutes.
I contacted them again to see if they could re-flash their original flash and the tech said it had already been unlocked 3 hours ago. I told him that it wasn't working correctly and all he would answer back is "it was done 3 hours ago".
Now my phone is messed up and not usable at all. AVOID THIS PLACE!!

website says 24 hour service. l paid for the service and still have yet to get my phone unlocked i work during their business hours 9-9 est m-f i attempted to log in for remote unlock at 9:00-9:30 a.m. est.... no one was there to perform the service.

The wrote back and said the provide instructions on how to unlock phone with their codes but didn't do nothing of the sort but they did send me a code for one phone but i had 2 phones then i explain that to them then they couldn't get code for 1 of the phones but didnt still give instructions just a code (bunch of numbers) and thats it. Hahaha jokes on me unlock authority u suck.
