Ordered for a note 5 on 1/19/18, time frame for delivery because it was an app unlock was 1-30 minutes. I waited 4 hours before emailing them, no response, then I sent a request through PayPal for a refund and then a message arrives finally stating I now have to wait two weeks because there is an issue. After this I check and the order is on hold not being processed or working or anything. Horrible people, even worse communication. I doubt most of those positive comments are real, they seem to just be screwing people with this fake service, promising things that don't happen, and stealing the money other spend claiming some fake excuse.

P.s their response is lies just like their service, I waited 24 hours and ten emails I never got any responses to, they only now start responding when they get reported for their fraud. Typical fake business practices.

Phone not unlocked, poor communication, and no refund. Stay Away!

I don’t often review companies online but the experience was so good. I’m not techy and nearly didn’t bother with this but I put in my details and had codes by e-mail within four hours. They worked and I’ve unlocked a discarded company phone that has got so much more life in it!

I placed an order on 12/6/17 to unlock an AT&T iPhone 7 Plus with a 1-3 business day turn around. When 2 days came I emailed unlock authority to check the status and I was told I would have the unlock code before Sunday. Sunday came still no unlock code. I emailed again. Monday came finally got a reply that there is a delay with the supplier. Today has been 8 days, still without an unlock code and no refund. I emailed since yesterday and have yet to get a response.

Bad communication and service.
The processing time is said to be done in a day's work but it's been the 3rd day since my purchase already and they haven't started yet. The communication is significantly worse compared to what they tout on their website. I've followed their instructions and nothing has really happened. It's an amazingly bad customer service that I've seen in my whole life.

To honest at first I was skeptical, but then when I woke up and seen my unlock code and tried it and it worked I was sooooo HAPPPPY.. And it's alot cheaper than the places where I live which is 40$ and he's only avail on week days. Also customer service is awesome.. very quick to respond . I recommend this website to anyone who needs their phone unlocked

I was septical at first, but, as soon as I made the payment I downloaded TeamViewer and the technician was there within a couple minutes. I had my phone unlocked within roughly 30 minutes. It was an awesome experience and I'm totally satisfied with this company.

Seems scary to let someone connect to your PC but this service was great, VERY FAST (my phone was unlocked within 30 minutes of purchase) and on the level. Very happy and would use them again. I got a Samsung Galaxy S6 from Sprint unlocked to work with T-Mobile and it worked great. All i had to do was set up an APN on the phone that I copied from one of my T-Mobile phones. Got LTE and working great.
