On top of that, the customer service was incredible. My original package was lost in transit, but they sent a replacement right away and it arrived within days. I couldn’t be happier to add this to my collection. Trust me — this is your sign to buy it.

Ordered a ring in march. Was returned to them the 18th of march because my delivery service Said they couldnt find my adress, wrote an e-mail to them stating I wanted it to be sent again. They Said they would when they received it. Havent heard anything since, despite writing countless e-mails, and trying to contact them directly through the website, so now I have no ring and they still have my money.

What a great Company. 👌🏼

AND they tried to flag my review as fake to get me to take it down, they then tried to claim defamation, despite everything ive written being fact, and now they’re trying to get me to change my review, instead of fixing the order or giving me my money back, I think its disgusting to be honest, ive written e-mails, tried to contact them through their website for over a month, but it took them less than an hour initially to see my review and trying to flag it as fake, amazing when you think about how un-willing they are to reply to e-mails and fix my order :)

Schlechte Kommunikation, keine Antwort auf mehrere Nachrichten und Mails und mein Paket wurde bei der Rücksendung erst gar nicht abgeholt, weil es wieder zurück kam!
Unterste Schublade und reine abzocke anders kann ich es nicht mehr nennen!

I made a purchase for a necklace and a bracelet with Unshinebar.

Unfortunately for me, my order was stolen inside the package during the delivery and I ended up with an empty package.
Unshinebar was really cooperative, quick responses and easy to work with for the filling of the complaints with the delivery company.
Eventually, after getting "ghosted" by said delivey company, Unshinebar offered to send me a new shipment of my original order. Which this time didn't get stolen. I hope that they will get compensation for the initial stolen shipment from the delivey company.

Anyways, my story shows how great their attention to customer is. They responded to my emails almost within the same day and are really concerned about customer satisfaction by disregarding their own interests and sending me a replacement shipment.

I will definitely go through them for my future jewelry needs.

Added bonus that compared to what i've seen out there for male jewelry, their selection is quite large while staying sober and not too expensive.

I am promised that a new bracelet will be shipped on Tuesday 12.6 because the first one broke after 2 days. Now no response to emails or chat, and still no track received.
What is happening with that company?

Saw them on an Instagram ad and was scared first if it's serious but I ordered and got the tracking just a few hours later and the necklace arrived the day after.

I have tried several times to contact the company by formular by their website and through email. I ordered 5 May and haven't gotten an email with tracking yet and customer service is not replying. It's been 11 days since I ordered.

Hello, also das ist vermutlich das erst mal dass ich eine positive Bewertung abgebe aber dieses Unternehmen hat es verdient.
Finde die Auswahl an ketten mega. Habe mir mittlerweile schon die 5. Bestellt und hatte bei keiner bisher Probleme. Auch die Qualität finde ich deutlich besser als bei vergleichbaren Produkten.
Werde weitere ketten hier kaufen
