My first experience with Unvault was completely seamless, so I had no hesitation using them a second time. Unfortunately, my second experience was a very different story and initially felt like a worst-case scenario. One of my pieces of jewelry got lost in transit and a few pieces of mine were damaged. But the way Unvault handled the situation once it was brought to their attention was incredible. They went above and beyond to work toward resolving the issues, and I genuinely appreciate the effort they made to make things right. Because of how they ultimately handled the problem, I would be willing to use Unvault again :)

Over all my offer was a fair one n I accepted it. I understand thst nothing is free so a processing fee is fair. What I dont think is fair is that thruout the process I was not ever offered or knew of or told about a referral code that would've lowered my processing fee and increased my payout. I was only told about it after I mailed out my items to u guys. N when I did find out about it I was told I HAVE to use the promo code when I sign up to have my things looked at. No exceptions. The extra $ i would've gotten could've helped with the financial issue im going thru that made me sell my stuff to begin with, n being im a 1st time customer who trusted your company instead of going with a better known one,I should've been given some grace. My 2nd complaint was the 1 to 3 business days to get evaluated. I litterly recieved my offer on the last hour of the 3rd business day. The video I was sent had no volume to it and it looked like these precious items I sent were just rushed thru. Sometimes im sure people just sell u scrap but sometimes thier heirlooms that are only being sent as a last resort. The way they were just sped thru n tossed around kinda hurt my heart.

Very easy process. Proof recording was nice. Validation was less than expected, but it's AI. Direct deposit was nice and quick. Great communication. They sent back things that didn't pass the purity test, which was OK. I would definitely do it again.

How quick the process was.I sent pictures on Monday. Got an offer,and by Friday had the money in my account.

Start to finish, what an awesome process- First, my jewelry was appraised as a digital estimate, then followed up with an email. A free packing label was sent; I dropped it off at my local Fedex store - received another email from Unvault that my box was received. Next step was receiving an email with offer, alongside a video appraisal showing every step of the unboxing. Once I agreed to offer, received email that check would arrive within 7-10 business days.
