The company is very communicative, which is number one for trust-building in my book. Their process is extremely transparent as well. I felt that my questions were answered preemptively. I also appreciated their professionalism and their expertise. I will definitely use them again.

Fast, honest, responsive. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is they took max fee…not sure I understand if there are tiers. They say their share is a range - of course mine was max amount. Maybe they can explain that there ARE tiers….or something.

Overall, I had a pretty good experience selling my jewelry to Unvault. I do think the 20% fee is a bit high though, I was hoping for 10-15% at the most. I agreed and accepted my offer, and other than the fee, I felt I got a good deal! Thank you Unvault!

While skeptical at first, I was pleasantly surprised by how easy and transparent the process was. My original valuation was great but the final one was even higher. I really appreciated the videos showing them unpacking my item and evaluating it - it gave me trust in the process and commitment to true transparency through it all. I especially liked that it was zero risk - if I had rejected the offer, my items would have been shipped right back to me. Great service and I just submitted my next item and it is ready to ship!

I had a handful of solid gold pieces I was looking to offload. I was hesitant to go to a local pawn or gold for cash place as they don't always give you honest pricing. Unvault was such an easy process- from estimates, to sending my pieces in, to receiving meticulous documentation on how my pieces were appraised. While my overall appraisal value was less than expected, unvault made sure to communicate every bit of relevant info so I knew there was honesty and care. I would absolutely sell with them again and have already recommended them to many friends.

After learning about Unvault and having some awareness about the increasing price of gold, I decided to upload a few pieces out of sheer curiosity. After getting instant valuations through the website, I was hooked and ended up adding all my items. It was fascinating and kind of addicting to get a clear picture of what my pieces were worth, even though I wasn’t really interested in parting with most of them. While I consider myself pretty financially responsible and savvy, I’ve always had it in the back of my head that I could sell some jewelry if times got tough. Unvault finally put a number to this notion, which was really helpful. Ultimately I ended up selling 5 pieces to Unvault right when gold hit a high earlier this year.
