UpLabs has announced its impending closure on June 1st, 2024. However, when inquiring about the payment of my remaining balance as a seller on the platform, I was informed that payments below $50 will not be processed, effectively withholding $27.90 owed to me. Subsequent correspondence with Sara and Daniela failed to provide a satisfactory solution. What to do now?

Uplabs is a big scam

Uplabs is a big scam! With the premium subscription, it claims you have access to everything, but that's not true. I paid for the premium subscription, but I can't access everything. Most of the projects are fake, incomplete and mediocre. I strongly advise against using their services.

scam website, i have bought a design and the title and description of this product are misleading.
the item doesn't write the right description that you will find in just 3 pages.
I bought it and I found 3 pages and I sent an email for a refund. The support says you don't have the right for a refund.
The seller wrote on the title cen wallet ui ( any one can read this title and understand that you will find all projects attached ).
He did not write on the title cen wallet ui (3 pages ) or something like that.
and the same thing on the description there is nothing showing you will find 3 pages attached after your purchase.
That means it is a scam to let people purchase after finding just 3 pages attached.

Kind of scum

the worst service I have seen in my life. everything that this site has is just a random markups previews and that's it. You can google every design easily without spending like 40$ for just 1 month. Also they don't have refund system + if you cancel your subscription it will stop instantly (even if you have some days until your subscription will end). not recommend, just spend this 40$ on pizza or something

Huge mistake, stay away

I made the mistake of getting a subscription without reading the fine print.

I've gotten some value from the platform but nowhere near what I've paid, and most items that you can download using a premium subscription are not what the descriptions say they are. Imagine being told you get to download a $29 photoshop website template, only to receive a png file or a figma file or anything else BUT the described product.

The other hugely awful thing, if you try to cancel your recurring subscription you don't get premium access for the time left until your sub expires, they literally cut off access and give no refund. This is basically cancer and I can't understand how they can legally operate under these conditions.

For your wallet's sake, find ANY OTHER option online, stay away from this site.

My honest review

As a premium seller in this platform, I can tell you guys this website is worth for designer, especially for UI Designer. Weekly challenge, top contributor, and many others you can explore innit. But, the responsive mode of the website is little bit annoying. Like on the product page. But overall, I can recommend this website for all of you.

UpLabs - Biggest Scammers, be aware before entering your Credit Card details

Biggest Scammers, after purchasing a subscription using credit card, they started auto-debiting money in regular intervals without any alerts or emails. When I wish to cancel their subscription, all my premiums were cancelled immediately even though they deducted a year's subscription charges in advance. Founder of this application can find other genuine ways of making money rather than scamming the trusted paid customers.

We let the users know during the unsubscription process that the moment they unsubscribe, they will lose immediate access to Premium. As per our terms and conditions which are available at all times on our website, we don't offer refunds on subscription payments, unfortunately,

We did offer to restart your subscription until the end of the original subscription period.

Also, to clarify, we do specifically inform subscribers during the subscription process that they are purchasing is renewed with automatic recurring payments.

For context, you requested a refund on the basis of inactivity on your account. We explained that we don’t offer refunds on subscription payments as when they sign up, users are committing to our services for the term of their subscription period. Our policy is available to users when they sign up and it’s very standard for most companies.

We did offer right away to have your subscription canceled so you wouldn’t be charged any longer in the future. Our team was always polite and ready to help you as much as we could within the bounds of our policy. Sadly, you replied to us in an impolite and threatening tone.

Our team still replied in a calm and polite way explaining our terms and conditions once again, as well as confirming your subscription had been canceled.

We had a chance to take a look at our email exchange with you to understand exactly what issue you had with our platform.

As we explained there, only received a subscription cancelation request on November 18, 2022. This was after your payment for the month of November had gone through. Cancelation requests only take effect in the future, since per our policy, we don’t offer refunds on subscription payments.

We did, however, offer to restart your subscription until the end of the original subscription period, although at the time of cancelation you confirmed your services would be interrupted right away.

You responded to us that you’d be processing a chargeback and we explained that we’d be following our policy.

I would give this website 0 stars if I could. They took money from me last year as a yearly plan, I contacted them to cancel it but nothing happened. Today I was charged again for a whole years membership when I hate their service. I contacted them 5 minutes after my money was taken out and they reduced to pay me back. Also my subscription was suspended so which means I paid for a whole year worth of their service but I won’t be able to use that service even for 5 mins. They took my money! I am so disappointed and disappointed.

Our subscription plan, as is standard for most other companies, works on an automatic renewal basis. Users consent to this when originally signing up. You signed up for a yearly membership, so your subscription is automatically renewed yearly.

We give users the chance to commit to a yearly plan and save money compared to shorter-term commitments. But this means users are committing to our services for a year each time their subscription renews. You’re free to cancel your membership at any time and stop future payments. As such, we don’t offer refunds on subscription payments. This is standard procedure for most companies.

Our terms and conditions are available to users when they sign up but we’re happy to hear any feedback about how to improve them. Thanks for sharing your experience!

Once you put your credit card, you've to be carefull about the scam

Not honest at all. If you want to subscribe you must be aware of something : you can't cancel your subscription without paying a month for nothing.

The fact is : if you paid your month and want to remove your credit card, be aware of this : you won't be able to access to the premium thing anymore... despite you actually paid for it !

And they won't refund you or give you access back even if you write to their support because "we said it boy, too bad".

Go far from them !

EDIT 18/01 : One star added because they finally gave my subscription back... but without the days I lost because of them.

I paid for a month but got 12 days without premium access AND the time left to write them mails.
