I truly love the service. But...
I truly love the service. It would be challenging to operate without it. They offer connections to various 3rd party services such as "remote locks" and guest identity checks. The support staff operates 24/7 and are kind and helpful.
The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because there are certain limits to customisation. Example, I can't set an automated message only to be sent to bookings with a certain number of guests. I can't change how much I charge a guest automatically upon booking, [only for booking.com guests]. My property area isn't covered by Booking.com's payments scheme which makes us reliant on Uplisting's booking links. So it just adds a bit more friction if I have to manually charge each guest 24hrs before arrival always, especially when we have everything else automated and payments from every other OTA are automated.

Syncing with booking.com has been a…
Syncing with booking.com has been a nightmare having to communicate via email at all times. They have no phone number, they don’t do any video calls if it’s not for sales either so communicating with them has been hard. We cancelled our subscription with them a few days ago but we still got charged £96 for it and have been trying to get into contact with them for a few days but no response again about the refund.

Order of listings
I needed to change the order of the listing so Esther informed me about the great new feature at the settings to change the order alone. It is an amazing feature but so far it is time consuming and irritating because whenever i toggle a listing, some other moves at random position of the list. When it is fixed it will be an amazing tool!
