Poorly designed product with cheap plastic parts that snap when folding and unfolding. I was told by customer service that because we were “traveling” by pushing our toddler around in the device that it was not normal wear and tear and therefore not covered by their warranty. That’s exactly what the stroller is meant to do, they just want you to buy their overpriced replacement parts.
Great customer service!
Great customer service! Quickly solved my issue and sent me a replacement part.
AVOID
I am really really unhappy about the level of customer service. I have a Uppababy vista which has a fault. We have barely used this pram and it is well within warranty.
I have emailed customer service who have been really cold and unhelpful. Not what you expect from a supposedly higher quality company. I would avoid buying from this company again as they do not want to help and are now ignoring me.
Please avoid.
Unsafe! And expensive.
I just can't believe the bassinet has no safety feature to secure the baby inside in the event of an accident, yet it's marketed as safe for use as a stroller.
Pretty scary, I was very interested in this stroller until I saw the photos with no straps in the bassinet.
Emailed with UPPAbaby for a few days back and forth to get a straight answer about the safety precautions for the bassinet.
They confirmed there are no straps in the bassinet due to it also being a dual purpose bassinet that can be used at home for bedtime.
Yet there is no OTHER safety measure in place (or so I assume because they wouldn't answer me on this) to prevent an accident such as the stroller tipping (which can happen, accidents happen) they just told me some copy and paste line about how they recommend keeping both hands on the stroller and wouldn't answer my question about if there was a different safety measure in place to keep baby SAFELY inside the bassinet.
I'm also pretty paranoid so I like straps, makes it harder for someone to come up and snatch my baby from the stroller.
For the price of this stroller and the bassinet being a stroller attachment it's totally irresponsible and unprofessional to not have a safety feature to keep the BABY safely inside the stroller.
Imagine if the other stroller attachments didn't have straps?
Wild to me, sad because I really wanted this stroller set 💔
But I can't justify having my baby unsecured inside a stroller.
Great product and incredible customer service
We’ve loved our uppababy vista. When we encountered an issue with it after 3 years, the customer service team sorted it out really quickly. Really pleased with the excellent service.

Uppababy have an excellent customer service team, a big thank you in particular to Laura F who assisted us with arranging a repair and kept us updated. The repair team were very quick to resolve our issue and I'm super impressed with how quickly we received our stroller back. Thank you!

I'm curious to know when you will be selling the full range of the Uppababy products within the UK? 🇬🇧
Or will I have to travel to the USA 🇺🇸🤔
Do not buy - high price, low quality, awful customer service
Edit to below: eventhough my experience in dealing with this company is the same, they eventually ended up replacing the full seat because of the broken harness. But - that was after making a lot of noise and waiting forever.
The harness clip on our Vista Cruz 2 broke after less than half a year of barely using the stroller. I have fought having it replaced under warranty since april, it is now july. Customer care couldnt care less.
The lies they produce are remarkable. I was told in may the replacement was on its way, then they simply stopped answering when i asked for status.
Finally got a reply after weeks of nonsense conversation that they have it in a warehouse since ages and I now have to wait for when the shop - outside of the US where i bought it - has a new shipment or solve pickup at the warehouse in the US and then ship it myself. This means i can have the replacement in a week or next summer.
Absolutely disgusting company to deal with. When paying that amount of money for a stroller incl.the basinette I expected better quality as well as customer approach.
Will never ever buy this brand again.
Love my Cruz
Have the Uppababy Cruz which is perfect for my lifestyle. It's small enough to work for the city, but sturdy enough for walks in parks and countryside. The fact that it looks really good is an additional bonus.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. We had a fault with our Vista2. I wrote to Uppababy, they were very difficult to get hold of. After a couple of weeks they eventually sent us a replacement, which was a different model and different colour. Trying to get this resolved was like pulling teeth. Their general approach was very unhelpful and unapologetic.
Excellent customer service
Our frame snapped on our vista and even though we have had it for over 5 years and it was well out of warranty, uppababy replaced the frame for free.
Fantastic customer service.

Warranty is pointless as they wouldn't repair a brake cable that snapped only after 9 months of use the cable it's thiner than a piece of spaghetti I wouldn't recommend this company
Awful customer service!!
Awful, uncaring customer service! Our Vista pram purchased in 2019 has had BOTH bolts on the front wheels fall out leaving the £1,000+ pram completely unusable and despite being just 2 months out of warranty, UppaBaby UK customer service couldn’t care less and have stated “we don’t send out replacement parts for free”. I have to stress that this pram was barely used due to the various Covid lockdowns and never on rough terrain - nothing more strenuous than pavements or town centre walks yet to have both front wheels fail clearly shows a manufacturer defect yet UppaBaby have told me there nothing they can do and consider it “wear and tear”?!! What an absolute joke! I am incredibly disappointed as I was a very loyal customer since purchasing my first Vista back in 2010 and sung its praises. Never again. Now I have a completely useless and super expensive pram sitting in my car boot that we can’t use because we shouldn’t have to pay out of pocket to replace two wheels when it is clearly a fault with the pram!
Excellent customer service
After starting to use our Vista for our second child the welding on part of the chassis became increasingly wobbly. Although our buggy was out of warranty I got in touch with Uppababy in the hope they could recommend how we could fix the problem, or have it mended. My email was swiftly responded to by Tiffany who kindly offered a replacement, which we received within 3 days of my initial contact.
As a number of people have highlighted, they are an investment purchase, but wow the Uppababy customer service is fantastic if there is a problem. Highly recommend!
Customer service
We bought the UPPA in the US and subsequently moved to the UK. I have never reviewed a company before on any platform but felt compelled to by exceptional service. Reminded me of experience with Apple from 10 years ago. They have replaced wheels when they started jiggling, and the whole frame when some welding gave way after 3 years of solid use, and 1 year as a double buggy. The frame was shipped to us 2 days after first emailing about the problem. Very expensive initial investment, but probably the best value thing we have ever bought.
Amazing customer service
We had an uppababy that was out of warranty. The welding on the frame failed so I contacted uppababy in the hope they might know what I could do about repairs or where I could get a replacement frame. They have sent a replacement frame free of charge. I'm amazed by this service, I certainly didn't expect anything with it being out of warranty so very very happy.
Rumble seat is too short for a toddler of 96cm
I'd like to start with a general comment that UppaBaby Vista (without a rumble seat) is great and I recommend it to those who have 1 (ONE) child.
My feedback now is for a rumble seat Vista V2. I bought for a toddler of 96cm and surprised I was that the seat is too small (length, faced forward). Legs are hanging below the step and despite the cap being lifted up, it touches child's head. This said, using rain cover is not an option. In addition it is not possible to put smaller 7 months old below and keep the older one up.
In terms of general size, the seat could work for a smaller child with not many clothes. While living in Sweden thick overalls and boots are our main outfit from October to mid-end of May and when the child is fully dressed, the handle presses quite hard.
My child is 13 kilo, 2 y.o., 96cm - average measurements
Rumble seat is as expensive as the main one, so really check well if it fits your requirements as the item might not be returnable.

Probably the best customer service from any product I have ever bought. They are expensive but the aftercare is just exceptional, nothing is too much. Highly recommend

Terrible, unprofessional company and unreliable products
We have purchased the newest Vista V2 model for our first born in April 2020 but haven’t started using it until July. The buggy was excellent until September when it started rattling every time we used it, regardless of the road surface. It got gradually worse so we contacted the company we purchased it from (Pushchair Expert) to claim a replacement buggy under warranty. At first they were quick to send a replacement frame which then subsequently failed after only 2 days (!!) of road walking. We got back in touch with the company who advised that they need to deal with DCUK who is the UK distributor of Uppababy. They are absolutely useless! Half the time they don’t reply back, they still didn’t reply to some points raised and we still don’t have a working buggy! We have asked for our money back to which both Pushchair Expert and Uppababy said no and they then started giving us excuses and excuses. They are incredibly unprofessional..in their latest response they have admitted that they expect the buggy to rattle (it’s a £1,000 buggy, I certainly wouldn’t expect it to rattle only after a few months of use while taking very good care of it) and they also advised that “in China where the product is manufactured they don’t lubricate the buggy because there are hot and sweaty conditions so the last thing they would want to do is to spray lubricant on the frame which then in the box would leave oil marks on the fabric”...
Stay well clear off this company and certainly don’t bother spending your money on their unreliable products.
