Dr. Scott is gentle with your feet: no problem with him! HOWEVER
DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Upperline Health Pensacola is so intrusive that I decided to leave; nothing against Dr. Scott. When I started at this location, Upperline had not yet bought the business. Thereafter, they assume you as a health patient and start taking your blood pressure and charges your insurance. Despite having said more than once that I did not want an appointment with the nurse, I was called into her office (another woman was working there also) and the nurse proceeded to ask me questions related to depression. I consider that an invasion of privacy on more than one front! I'll pay out-of-pocket for toenail care and my primary doctor can check my feet since I'm diabetic. Look up the beginning of this company, where they were charged with failing to protect their patients' health information and decide if you trust them with yours. I don't. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Look up Upperline on TrustPilot.

It's probably my own fault, but I didn't realize until I got to the office: my "new" dermatologist is with Upperline. I should have walked away.

The copay was $30. They didn't say a word, but they charged me $30.90. Okay, it's less than $1, but they didn't say a WORD.

A dollar here, a dollar there. They can steal it all.

Oh. And the doctor hardly looked at me. Shouldn't a dermatologist look at the patient's skin?

I am a practicing doctor in Central Florida. A patient of mine was contacted by Upperline Health without soliciting them, and was offered medical consultation services through an 855 number. The disturbing issue was that they had his list of medications and recent laboratory tests which is "protected health information" under federal law. I suggested to him and to anyone who has the same experience that they report this to the Office for Civil Rights HIPAA website or contact them at 1-866-627-7748 or 1-800-368-1019 to file a HIPAA complaint.

Buyer beware! Went to see a podiatrist and unknown to me was signed up for Upperline Health telemed which was charging my insurance company $60.00 without my knowledge. Didn't sign up for the service, don't want it, didn't know I had it until I received an Explanation of Benefits. It's a ripoff!!!

Did not even know that I was a Upperline health care patient until they start to fraudulently bill medicare for a product I never signed up for.. Upperline is fraudulent billing Medicare. I went to a podiatrist that was part of the Upperline group, which I didn't realize until after the fact. Upperline started to bill my medicare for an Advanced primary care management that I NEVER Signed up for and only discovered it 6 months later when I checked my medicare claims. Wonder how many people they are doing this to. I have tried cancelling. Upperline said they cancelled but now I get text message from them that I never did before. This company is committing FRAUD

Ordered custom inserts. Went to pick them up. REFUSED to let me. TWICE now!!!

"Have to get insurance to give you a referral" for something they have been HOLDING ON TO FOR MONTHS.

Charged me for inserts then refuse to deliver them. Now out $237 deposit and no product
