I wanted to let you know how pleased I am that the delivery issue has been resolved.

My latest order arrived very quickly, and the product was in excellent condition. I truly appreciate the improvement and the care taken with my order.

Extremely disappointing experience with UPS. My parcel arrived in Sofia on September 11 but was never delivered to my home. UPS claimed they had attempted delivery, even though I was home all day and my security cameras showed that no courier came to my address.

They then moved my parcel to a pickup location without my consent, and I eventually had to drive there and collect it myself.

UPS did NOT deliver my parcel — I had to retrieve it myself. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional service.

Do not use if you can avoid it. My package has been in the country for 13 days and they still havent delivered it, the delivery date has long passed, they lie over the phone all the time. Told me to go drive two hours to get it my self. Never gonna use their services again.

The license of the Ups Bulgaria should be taken down. They do not keep the delivery day that they confirmed. All day I was waiting and no one came, however, I still received the confirmation via Viber that there will be delivery. After 5 days delay finally I received my order. I requested return with the prepaid label provided from the online store that I ordered. Guess what… no one came, no one called, I received email that the request is received and nothing. The day past and still nothing. Why this company operates in this country. You are wasting days, not hours of your customers time. Stop torturing your customers, just close your offices so another delivery company will start working with the online international sellers. I lived 4 years abroad. I have never seen so unprofessional company. I still have no idea if someone is going to come. Ofcourse I contacted the seller and I informed him in details about Ups Bulgaria Varna.

Не препоръчвам услугите им на никого, който цени времето и нервите си!“

I would not use their services. There is no delivery time slot and you have to wait for them all day.

Dog excremental company that says one thing on the phone, and the other when you come pick it up. Yes you can pick it up here. No, you need to call our call centre so we can send you additional papers to fill in that we don't have at the pickup. Also your package isn't even here. Have a nice day.

Its only cat medicines, what do they care? If you got the choice: never UPS. Stands for oops.

Since July 1st the “all knowing” EU Parliament, took into effect a new law.
When a private person orders items from outside the EU, with a price below €22,00, you have to pay tax (when the store doesn't collect this). Which is no problem. The tax is 21%. The problem is the misuse of this law.

As could have been expected, there is directly a possibility of misuse.

I ordered an item from India, this was the beginning of June.
Value $28.05. Tax for entering Europe should be $5.99, €5.04. To LEV 9.87.
UPS request LEV 18.00)! Almost double the tax!!!

And then...
You have to apply for a special paper, the paper itself is free.
But... It has to be collected from the Airport. I am sorry? We still live in a Pandemic. THE place to be exposed (I belong to a hazards risk group) to the virus is at an Airport. No way I am going to go over there. Furthermore, in this electronic period, these items can be requested in almost all European countries online. If they need them (most of the time, it is not necessary).

The Airport is about 10 km from where I live. Public Traffic is no option, thus a taxi. This'll cost me about half the amount I paid for the item. When not more.

And there is more. Broker costs for UPS. LEV 36. I paid $21.00 shipping. Now broker costs?

So, thanks to the EU parliament I have to pay a total of (est. due to taxi costs vary) LEC 104 extra. About €50.00. For an item with a value of $28.05?!

Don't forget, I paid $21.00 shipping costs already for UPS. And now this?

UPS can send the item back. It was a birthday present, but the joy of this item is lost forever.
