I would avoid seeing this Vet.
Took my dog in as an emergency as she started to act unwell, i explained briefly to the lovely receptionists what was wrong, another vet passing took the time to pet my dog and was lovely to us while i was still at the reception (i feel i would have had a different experience if this vet named Kimelle had seen us) however, my dog was taken from me for approx 5 mins, i was then called in to an empty room by the head Vet Mark who after sighing slowly dramatically twice and remaining silent about my dogs wefare when i was asking if she was okay then proceded to tell me it was not good and she needed heart scan and neurological tests...no simple bloods or even asking me for details of what happened, just straight to expensive tests, Still thinking my dog was in a real bad way i asked the cost, £900 plus!, still not asking me about the events on why my dog was lethargic and even when i said that after having a pooh on way there in car, she had perked up a bit and that the last times she behaved this way was once after a bee sting and then when she ate something bad, he said this was unlikely causes and more serious conditions like heart and neuro were likely, i then felt like he tried to guilt trip me into the more expensive tests when i said i didnt have £900 and said an overnight stay was recommended, i knew then that i was being taken advantage of due to being worried and asked for my dog back, this is when he eventually he told me my dog was stable but wanted her to have a sedation!! For a dog who is lethargic and poorly, not overexcited and who he said could possibly have heart issues? I felt he was not interested in my dogs health and was behaving like a used car salesman. I was charged for the 10 minute appointment and oxygen therapy while not once being allowed in the same room has her.... I also ran water over her before leaving home to see if it would perk her up but the vet not knowing this when handing her back explained her being wet was the nurses had to washed her before taking her vitals and doing tests. But it was me who had wet her yet he felt the need to make up a story to explain her being wet. I felt my visit was untrustworthy and money orientated. On watching my dog over the next few days, she seemed to have a bad tummy and is now on the mend.
