Since Uptime Allies, I have had no issues with my internet. Great customer service always willing to help with any questions you have. The cost of the internet was about 40% lower than my renewal price, with my old provider. So not only a great internet provider, with great service levels, their prices are very low. Can’t recommend them enough.

I've been with Uptime Allies for coming up on a year now. Pricing is substantially more competitive than the old connection I had and the installation was handled exactly as I'd hoped with the engineer accommodating my preference regarding positioning of the equipment without hesitation.

The order process was simple and I really liked the communications I got ahead of the install day regarding the engineer visit.

I've had to call on their support only once (on install day) regarding the router I was wanting to use and they helped me get online within a couple of minutes, they were very knowledgeable and more than happy to help despite not being a device they had supplied.

I've had no issues with the service - it's been reliable and I always get great speeds. I plan to stay for a long time!
