Hi Upway, us29594 I agreed to have it repaired. The shop had to buy a special tool and then could not unscrew the motor as it is frozen. As to not damage anything we are sending the bike back for a full refund. I was looking at another bike you have but I have to wait on my refund. Please send the steps for shipping back this damaged bike.
