Simon came to do my car because the canvas roof was disgusting. But by the time he was done (2.5 hours later!), it was like a brand new car. Can't recommend enough, thanks guys x

I was nervous booking a valet as my car was in a terrible state. I hadn’t been well enough to look after it and with two kids and a leaky windscreen this winter/spring, there was mould on many of the fabric surfaces.

I definitely should not have worried as the whole service from start to finish was fabulous. The website gives detailed information and prices and it’s super simple to book and pay. Communication is great as well.

The end result was amazing and Gareth worked really hard. My car looks and smells better than when I bought it! I’m so happy and will definitely use these guys again in future. I just won’t let my car get that bad first!

Booked Simon to come and do the car inside and out to make it pop as using it for my daughter's prom the day after. Once again Simon worked his magic and the car looked like new inside and out,he even to the time to make my towbar clean and shiny again removing the rust that had formed and bring it back to black... If you are in two minds as to wether you should use Urban Valet let me whole heartedly tell you you will not regret it there is a reason Simon is. The man the myth the Legend that's because he cleans every car like it was his own pride and joy !! A++++

Excellent service, text to say they were on their way, brought everything they needed and worked like crazy. The end result was my 20yr old car now looks showroom condition. Have recommended them to anyone who will listen. Gareth worked miracles. Expected a clean car, got a new one apparently! 10/10 will use again.

Excellent service from Gareth. Friendly and professional and worked for over two hours on a warm day, with only a brief break to have a sip of tea. My car, which is a bit of a mule horse, was left spotlessly clean. I had recently spilt a latte in my car and I thought the carpet was destroyed by my own cleaning techniques, but I was proved wrong as Gareth brought it back to life.

Really excellent service. After seeing them cleaning a friend’s car when I was visiting her I decided to book in with Urban Valet so our car was nice and clean for a wedding. It was very easy to use the website to book a time that suited me and the young man who came spent nearly an hour and a half giving the car a really good clean inside and out. She was sparkling and all ready to take my sister to her wedding the following day. I booked the basic clean with a wax for £55 and the attention to detail he gave the car was exceptional. I’ll definitely be booking in with them again.

From booking the appointment online to completion of the valet.. Urban Valet was truly professional. Gareth was booked to do a XXL valet yesterday, He text me to say he was on his way. He’s done such a fantastic job, my car looks like it’s just come out of a showroom…it’s so clean and smells amazing… thank you so much.. 🤩

Gareth was very professional and thorough. My car looked brand new again. Had a couple of neighbours ask who I'd used as they thought they'd done a good job. I shall using them again.

Effective communication from the company, easy booking service and I was contacted to say they were running a little late.
The actual valet was brilliant made the car look and smell like new inside and out. The wifes car was full of grime, chocolate which was all effectively removed.

I went into urban valet dry cleaners on friday . The dry cleaner attendant told me i was a male prostitute. urban valet needs to hire another manager. I have went into the dry cleaners on several occasions and sara who the dry cleaner attendant and manager has told me the same rude comment once before. I am not a male prostitute. I have a four year degree and sara has rude to me before. I think she is unhappy with her job and doesn't like working working at the dry cleaners. The location i went into is on elmwood ave in buffalo ny northside
