Simon is absolutely delightful!

After taking my cat to the vet, I realised she had urinated on my passenger seat and the car stank to high heaven. It was due a clean anyway so I called Urban Valet. Well, my car is now gleaming and smells amazing - could not be happier!

Excellent job and Simon is the most friendly person. I think I'd pay for the service again just for his company.

An absolutely amazing transformation of a slightly neglected Audi TT. Looks better than when i bought it. Highly recommended.

Gareth valeted my car and did an excellent job. It now looks as good as new, and it's actually 7 years old! He was very friendly and efficient and the only downside was that they were so booked up it was a number of weeks before I could get an appointment.

Liam and Maddison were great on the training day I attended, I left feeling super motivated and wanting to come back for more! Liam has so much knowledge to share on all aspects of valeting and detailing and Maddison is also really helpful with the socials and business side of things! I wouldn't hesitate to book training or valeting work with them if you’re thinking about doing so

Absolutely excellent service yet again. I think we have now used Urban Valet 3 times for both cars and could not recommend them highly enough. Have even signed up to a vip membership to have our cars cleaned every 4 weeks.

Good communicaiton around the impact of the weather and timing for the day, explained what was going to be done and the work was carried very effectively. Overall great service and the car looked great.

I booked a full inside and out valet for my husband as a surprise. The car was filthy after several tip trips. The gentleman was so nice even though he was working outside in the rain. Very professional, very good price and a great job. Thank you so much!

Ford dealership quoted £399 for paint protection on a new vehicle that I had purchased. Urban Valet applied Gard X protection for £99, saving me £300. When Simon had finished with the car it looked better than the day I picked it up brand new from the dealership! Really impressed and would highly recommend.

Was ashamed of my grubby VW Tiguan but after the full Urban Valet treatment my car is better now than when I drove it brand new from the VW showroom.
