Excellent customer service at Urban…

Excellent customer service at Urban Bike Tech! There are times when questions regarding fit aren’t black and white as was my situation with seatpost and steering tube security locks. Not only was I phoned at home but my concerns were laid to rest with a bulletproof return policy. Excellent price & excellent service.

Awesome!

Bough two matching sets from Urban Bike Tech separately. Jason was always prompt to reply and everything we ordered was shipped quickly. Great experience, and awesome products!

Absolute Best Pitlock Source

Customer service and communication were both exceptional. The product stock is comprehensive and well priced. The focus on the product line translated into strong product knowledge and support. Shipping was quick as well. Highly recommend Urban Bike Tech!

Excellent Customer Service

I was planning a long-term bike trip across the United States and Latin America and had a lot of questions about the Pitlock devices. Jason was quick to respond with detailed answers, address any concerns, and give honest feedback. He didn't push me to purchase, but rather gave me the information I needed and let me come to my own conclusions. He was quick to ship and even sent me a few extra washers for free. Thanks a lot, Jason!

Excellent customer service. Jason helped me determine what I needed for an atypical bike setup and answered my questions with expertise and professionalism. This level of customer service is rare and much appreciated.
