Arrived in a timely manner! Only complaint would be that the QR code in the pamphlet leads to the German video guide. But I easily found the English one a quick search later.

Pitlock/pitblocker are the best ways to secure everything on your bike not secured by your U lock.
Distributor had great in-depth documentation on determining sizing.
The process to select which parts you need is a bit difficult to figure out (and nowhere is it mentioned that all the parts you buy will be keyed alike).
The add-ons would be much easier to shop for if they were added as separate entries in the cart (though kudos to the fulfillment people for noticing I accidentally requested 3 accessories), but I guess these products are hard to categorize regardless so I'm not sure if that's a better solution either.

I already knew the product (Pitlock) that Jason at Urban Bike Tech was selling was top notch but he was extremely fast with shipping and his website makes it very easy to decide which parts and the sizes you need to buy. From ordering to shipping the process was fast all around and they package the shipments beautifully.

I've ordered from this company twice both times I've had to wait far too long to get my parts. I know they are located here in California but, this time my parts shipped from New Jersey. Which shouldn't matter but yesterday my stuff was in Reno 100 miles from me. Today when I didn't get my package I discovered that it is apparently on its way to effng Atlanta
