We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this situation must have been, especially with time-sensitive work affected.

Unfortunately, the delays and incorrect delivery updates you experienced were caused by our delivery partner, DHL. While we rely on them to complete deliveries, these issues were outside of our direct control. That said, we fully appreciate the impact this had on you.

As soon as we received your notification regarding the continued delays, we acted promptly to cancel your order and issued a full refund the same day, as confirmed in our email communication. We also did our best throughout to keep you updated with the latest information available to us from the courier.
