I am very pleased with Geetika Pant’s Maths tuition for 9th Grade. UrbanPro has been a very helpful platform in connecting me with the right trainer and making the learning process smooth. The app is user‑friendly, easy to navigate, and ensures seamless communication between students and trainers. I especially appreciate how efficiently it facilitated my CorelDRAW classes with Sheetal, allowing me to request specific topics and track progress without any hassle.
However, the app at times hangs and does not show new messages or scheduled classes instantly. We often need to refresh multiple times, which feels frustrating and like a waste of time. A humble request to improve the service so that learners can have an even smoother experience.
