Urban Wear Opiniões

Order arrived in somewhat of a quick time frame, although when it arrived, sizes were wrong as to what has been ordered. They then did not come back to me regarding a return/refund which I offered to do myself. Giving something different to what they have paid for, then not responding is terrible customer service. Stay away.

Absolute joke, still waiting for a guitar after 2 months, credit card company now dealing with it. Especially be carefull on marketplace.

Accepted order, no inventory. Waiting for a refund

They say they gonna call you on the day stock comes and never do then u call him back 2-3 times a day for a week and never answers the phone, what the hell is the phone there for decorations? you can’t say your busy fk all people visit this store anyways. What a joke.

Slow delivery and cannot contact via email or chat ,👎🏿

I am very happy with the customer service and the quality of these items. Anytime I buy off this website I recieve a hand written email thanking me for buying off of them and I recieve my package very quickly :) would reccomend

I've had to do my shopping online, so last Friday I did some and came across these guys. I took a risk as the hoodie had no product reviews, I went back a few times and brought it, when it arrived I was really happy with it.
