I ordered a needle felted stuffed animal, and the item I got did not match the picture shown on the website nor was it needle felted. It was so cheap!
I tried to get refunded because of the 100% inaccurate website description, but customer service is terrible and they only PARTIALLY refunded me versus FULLY refunded me. Avoid this place at all costs.

Took 7 months and 6 emails to finally get my "sun catcher". Total scam. Almost 50 bucks for a thin peice of plastic that isn't even see through. Bought mine through Beatrix Zone. Never again!

Terrible. It took more than 2.5 months to get my earrings. And when I finally got them, they are ugly, cheap, and way too heavy to wear in my ears. Hideous. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY.

Absolutely horrible!! Do not buy from this company!!! Items took over to months to receive and they were of horrible quality for the price!! Then they wouldn't return and the bank couldn't refund because of the time!

I did not receive my item for 60 days and that was only after I opened a paypal dispute. When I received the item, it was damaged and pure cheap junk. Luckily Paypal refunded my money right away, as they have had many previous cases with this seller.

Very disappointed! The lingerie I ordered was supposed to be embroidered cotton, but it was a bad quality print on cheap polyester. Looks nothing like the pictures on their site.

Terrible material, not as shown on the Facebook page, obviously made with imitation materials to the photos. THE QUALITY OF THE ITEM IS NOTHING LIKE IN THE PICTURE AT ALL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The clothes are an entirely different material than marketed. Very thin and cheap. I ordered a jogger set and you can feel the sequins on the inside of the bottoms, horrible quality. They also sent a 2x bottom and Xl top. I cannot wear the 2x and I'm a size 16/18. Three outfits at 120.00 and I cannot wear them and the quality is horrible! I can only imagine how long this will take to sort out considering I just received this order over a month after ordering. I emailed them several times for a refund and still no luck!! I went online and I found their CUSTOMER TEAM HELP WHICH IS 8 four five ƒᵢᵥₑ ₜաₒ ₒₙₑ ₛₑᵥₑₙ ₜwₒ fₒᵤᵣ FIVEreach out to the company on March 15, because I have got the WRONG shipment their customer service was awesome in getting my return information and amount back from this company .but their clothing is HORRIBLE!!!

Got sent the completely wrong item and then had no follow up. Ended up disputing with PayPal. Really disappointed.

Item is nothing like advertised, doesn't look anything like the picture. It looks like a cheap piece of junk jewelry you'd get out of a quarter machine, plastic on an opaque brassy gold background. Arrived wrapped in bubble wrap within a plastic bag--not exactly secure. Shipping took nearly 4 months, which I would have been fine with, if there were any updates from their shipper at all. Communication with their customer service was pretty poor, one excuse after the next, including how they had to build a new manufacturing company to keep up with demand for the item. I'd return it if it didn't cost more than the item itself. Go to Etsy--you definitely get what you pay for!

Chinese scam company. Knock-off products take many months to ship. Honeybee sun catcher is a piece of junk. It arrived bent and cracked. Details drawn on with a sharpie. Fake metal (plastic painted with metallic paint) and no stained glass. They refused to refund. I filed a dispute that was decided in my favor.

On the 5th of february 2021 I ordered a pearl skull ring. It is now the 26th of march and I am still waiting. However, after reading these reviews I am thinking it's still too early to complain 😂 either that or nothing is coming EVER. I emailed them but I am still waiting for a reply as well.
If I dont have a reply by the morning i am requesting a full refund from PayPal.

Products are not as described just cheap knock off products. Not worthy of gifting. You wait about 3 months for your partial order. Excuse after excuse, why the delay.

Absolutely shocking that this company is allowed to run at all. I purchased two of what was advertised as a lovely bat sun catcher made of stained glass with dried flowers inside. What arrived was a piece of plastic cut to shape with a sticker print of a bat that you could peel off. The difference was comical. When I tried to complain they simply said that they felt what I received was correct and exactly what I ordered. These totalled at nearly £50. It was beyond a joke. I thankfully paid through PayPal and raised the complaint with them. I had to return the items but was able to claim my postage cost back from PayPal. The whole process took over two months to resolve. They claimed to be an American company when they are actually based in China. You can’t leave any reviews on their website for any products because as soon as you do it disappears so the good reviews you see there are fake.
Do not buy anything from this company.

Ordered the Queen Bee suncatcher which was supposed to be stained glass. What finally arrived was not like the product pictured at all. There was no glass in the product at all just enamelled metal. Not worth the price tag at all.

Scam. Bee catcher didn’t arrive and they changed their website name and email address. Trying to get a refund thru PayPal. Do not purchase from them!

Like everyone else, I ordered the Honey Bee Suncatcher through Beatrixzone.com. I was charged by Ureashi Pte Ltd on January 7th, received a tracking number that looked suspect on Jan 11th, but it is Feb 26th and nothing ever came. Now their website and support e-mail accounts have gone silent, dead, or undeliverable.

This was planned as a gift, so I am disappointed. I will be filing a dispute.
