This store scammed me using the Beatrix Zone Storefront.

The single biggest scam I have ever experienced! Do everything possible to never order from them...the problem is, all products were listed under another company name when ordered and once paypal was charged, you see the dreaded UREASHI LTD!! Please don’t waste your money, and when order was lost (since Sept) the only reply was i needed to have some patience, and they repeatedly asked me not to report/contact Paypal it leave a negative review.

I ordered a stained glass sunflower windchime and got a very cheap and ugly plastic one that no way looked like the one I ordered. this was false advertizing and wasted my money. Horrible. Never again

do not deal with them they lie and cheat almost everything they do

Ok friends clearly we are all having the same experience. Paypal needs to drop them and protect us as they claim to do. I am calling my credit card company and canceling. Maybe you all should do the same!

Not happy at all ! The order took over 2 months.Whrn I did receive the earings the were NOTHING like I saw online.I will NEVER wear them they 3 x the size I thought they would be.My dog could jump thru these hoops.I ordered 2! Now I am stuck with 2 expensive sets that I cant send back or get a refund.

They don't even deserve a 1 star. LIARS. Bought the "blown glass" ornament on Sept 21st and it is Dec 22nd and still nothing. 9 Emails of disputing and lies from the company. After now reading that if, by some miracle, this does arrive it is yet another lie that it isn't even glass but cheap plastic. RUN! Terrible service and people who run this company. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I ordered 2 dragonfly blown glass balls, one for my mother and one for myself, on September 26, 2020. They wasted no time taking the money by PayPal, $59.80. Here it is, December 11 and no order, no communication, nothing. I have no way to get in touch with them. It was from a facebook advertisement and I should've known better but the balls were beautiful and my son had just passed away and they were going to be a tribute to him. Not sure what to do now. $60 bucks is $60 bucks!!

I also ordered the Santa mask ornament, which was originally advertised as blown glass, it is poorly made plastic crap, it is also not an Old World Christmas ornament (a company which I am very familiar with,) despite having fake OWC metal tags on the ornament. They are committing fraud and I am in the process of filing a claim with Pay Pal for a full refund. After going back with the seller who said it was just as described and that I should just keep the "curtain" (??) I ordered because it would be very expensive to send it back. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!

I ordered the Covid Santa glass ornament from irisstores.com in September and didn't receive anything until I opened a dispute on Paypal. I finally received an ornament in late November but it looks NOTHING like the ornament that is pictured on the Iris Stores website. They have since updated the listing to state that it's PVC not glass, but the fake image remains. BEWARE! Do not order from these scammers! The website states "Returns made EASY" but when I requested to make a return, I was denied, as was my request for a refund.

I ordered the Santa with a mask ornament on September 1 and have still not received it, I emailed them a month ago and they emailed back and said due to the demand of the item the delivery time may take longer. I have still not got the item and just emailed them again....DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!! They will steal your money and you won’t get your item!!!

Ordered the Gothic Raven on Sept. 10 - never heard another word. Didn't take long to get my money, but no cool necklace.

ordered 2 items, recieved confirmation of processing and never heard from them again. Ordered through "Frost Goddess" and was not able to get in touch.

Most disappointing. I ordered and paid for Covid Santa tree ornaments in September. I received them at the end of November. The ornaments I received were unlike their advertisement photo. They are large, ugly, and far too heavy to even be used as a tree ornament. The hanging devices are not even secured to the pieces. I will not order again from this Ureashi or any of related companies again

Yet another unhappy customer. I finally received a partial refund for an inferior product. I wasn’t happy with PayPal’s resolution for my purchase. I received a cheap, mass-produced, 2-dimensional lotus flower hanging ornament with missing decorations..the film was peeling off of it! Mind you I thought I was buying an elegant, miniature ornament not a “dollar store worthy” item. Sorry, dollar store for the insult! BUYER BEWARE. I should have requested a full refund but I thought my only option was to pay return shipping to Asia. I later learned that PayPal may have been able to take care of the shipping charge. I will be more careful to order online. Note to company: Your prices are too high for the quality you are selling. Inferior products lose customers. Respect your buyers.

The same experience as many others. Ordered...paid through PayPal....a month went by and the order was not shipped. Opened a dispute through PayPal and seller said it was shipped (only once I opened the dispute did they assign the tracking number) but the tracking number is useless as it is through "Yanwen Logistics" and is untrackable. Will escalate to PayPal but am not optimistic that they will assist as they have not done so in several other cases involving this seller. Infuriating!

My experience and the replies being given by the business are word for word the ones shared below. I ordered and ornament three of them actually on Sept 6 and paid through PayPal. I found my ordering info and reached out to PayPal the beginning of November. It was not until PayPal opened a dispute did they reach out to me and generate a shipping label. I have gone back and forth asking for my refund and all they do is tell me to accept their attempts and give delivery time. I call a bunch of BS. I am waking up to the same email everyday in response to the ones that I send. Still no shipment.

I ordered a ring from them over 2 months ago and used PayPal. I contacted PayPal promptly to let them know to date I have still not received the item. They immediately sent PayPal a tracking number and so PayPal closed the dispute💥 I thought payp was supposed to help with these issues. Ticks me off!!!!

Purchased item 25Sep20 - wish I had checked it all out before I purchased. Have seen NOTHING to date 😓

I ordered two months ago and then saw the horrible reviews. They sent me a face mask when I ordered a ring. Now they won’t respond and PayPal won’t help.
