This lot are a scam. I ordered an item made from stained glass for $30US and received a cheap plastic item. I went through the return process and now, 6 moths later, the item has been returned to me with an “Unknown” sticker.

Truly terrible company!

I feel so responsible for putting my other half through all this stress! :( saw cute Galaxy Bat Plushies and with my birthday coming up I very unsubtly let him know I wanted them, he ordered them for me, got order confirmation etc. Few days later he receives an email saying very sorry but their warehouse on the docks had burnt down and they won't be able to complete the order and we can choose something else, shame but you can't plan for fires and at this point I'm sympathetic with the company suffering such a loss...for now! He sends back an email requesting a refund because there wasn't anything I wanted and he gets an obnoxious email back saying his order has been processed and can't be changed?...pardon? You just emailed to tell him your warehouse burnt down and you couldn't complete the order? He then sent back an email explaining what he had received and someone responded saying they were going to see if they had any stock to complete the order, ok slight hiccup but in the chaos of what was going on that was understandable. Few days pass and nothing so he decides to do a follow up email, no response, few days later he gets an email stating the order is by now complete and he has received the items ( no he hasn't! ) and can he give them a review, he gave them a review alright, a rather snotty review which was absolutely deserved and oddly didn't show up on the website, wonder why?! He then contacted his bank and told them to cancel the payment he was done with this by now and the bank told him no he'd have to go through PayPal as they're the ones who took payment, he then raises a complaint with PayPal only for the company to tell PayPal the items were shipped from China to Royal Mail in 4 hours ( which unless they have Royal Mail in China I'm pretty sure isn't gonna happen but who knows maybe they do have Royal Mail there ) and they were now with Royal Mail so the order cannot be cancelled and the money can't be refunded so he now has to wait until the 24th and if the products ( which at this point I doubt even exist! ) don't arrive he can escalate the claim. Are you for real?! You take money for a product claim a warehouse has burnt down, get snotty when the customer requests a refund for an order you cannot fulfill, ghost them, send them an email for a review and then tell PayPal "oh, that persons items are in the post" disgusting 1* is too good for them just stay away! And be wary of 3rd party websites that advertise their products.

Do not order anything from this company! They offer only cheap knock-off garbage products. I ordered some goofy cat socks and paid with PayPal. It took several attempts via the PayPal resolution center to get the product to actually ship, and when it finally arrived 3 months later, it was an obvious cheap knock off. I found the same socks on Amazon, ordered them, and when they arrived (normal Amazon time!), I was able to confirm how awful the knock-off attempts was. Cheap stitching, poor design, on paper-thin child sized socks, whereas the socks from Amazon are normal adult-sized socks (as advertised), thicker, and the design was not blurred. PayPal determined that I should be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the garbage knock-off socks. I couldn't find a shipping option less than $15 to the address provided (Singapore), and the initial transaction amount was $24.90 (2 pairs), thus resulting in a total refund of less than $10. I chose to not bother with the hassle of returning garbage for less than a $10 refund, and am still pestering PayPal.

I ordered 2 glass jellyfish pendants in two different colors and they are, not only exactly the same item, but the are barely like what was advertised. I do not recommend this stupid company to anyone.

I ordered a baby sloth from this company. It didn't arrive and I got no response from the company. The tracking information didn't work. I opened a dispute with PayPal and they found in my favour and I was refunded. A couple of days after the dispute was closed the company sent out an item to me. What arrived was nothing like the picture of what I ordered. It was horrible. Today I received a new invoice to pay for it. I contacted PayPal and they said the dispute was found in my favour and not to pay. I have told them if they send me a pre-paid postage label I am happy to return it.

I bought what I thought was going to be a glass lead light feather window hanger. I received a cheap piece of plastic that was packaged so badly it broke in transit. Customer service was non existent basically saying they can't help it broke in transit however the packaging was far from adequate! I then put in a paypal dispute to be told to send it back from Australia to Singapore in 6 business days for a refund. The postage from her to Singapore would be $20 AUD to get it there. Absolute joke! Will never buy anything from this dodgy company & if I find the ad on FB again I will be reporting.

Back in November 2019, my husband ordered the Baby Yoda plushie to the tune of $35. We received a tracking number that never updated beyond “parcel information received” so after waiting until almost the end of January and not seeing any updates and attempting to contact the company multiple times with no response, I filed a dispute with PayPal. PayPal thankfully got my husband’s money back. Now today, I’ve received a PayPal invoice from this company stating that the package was delivered and they now want the $35 back. We have never received anything from this scam of a company and it is now mid-February. This is a life lesson to not buy any crap advertised on FB ever again.

There should be a zero star rating! Horrible company, ordered very end of Nov 2019, still had no received product and only correspondence was a bogus shipping number end of January 2020. Filed a claim with PayPal and got a refund. Magically, they gave me the “incorrect shipping number due to busy holiday season” and said my product was on the way. Just received a new invoice from them for the product I still haven’t received...yeah, hell no. SCAM!!!

AVOID BUYING FROM THIS SITE
Ordered the feather wind chimes in December not realizing it came from China. Would not have ordered if i knew it came from China because it took 2 months to get it with numerous correspondence.
When it finally arrived it was not individual leaves made of stained glass as advertised and shown but a cheap piece of pressed plastic junk you could probably buy at Dollar Store for $1.00.
It was absolutely disgusting that they are selling this junk and advertising in this way.

Ordered an item months ago and the only update is "parcel information received'. They're using the fact that it has a tracking number to tell Paypal that they shipped it, while they hold onto my cash. I doubt they even had the item to begin with. I've opened a paypal dispute and emailed Ureashi, they're completely unhelpful. AVOID.

I definitely got scammed by this company. I placed two separate orders on the same day in November 2019. One arrived on January 2, 2020; the only similarity to the item advertised was that there was a "dragon fly" painted on it. Other than that it was not the same, not even close. The second item has not been received and when I attempted to cancel the item via PayPal, I was told it shipped on Feb 1, 2020. My lesson is before I order anything online again from a company I do not know, I will research independent review sites! Had I checked here first, I would not have ordered these items.

How many of you ordered the baby Yoda? 3 months later, only after filing a dispute with PayPal, did I receive it. And it’s literally a $1 dog chew toy at best. This is the biggest scam on the internet. Don’t waste one cent!

They sent the wrong item on purpose, and to get a refund I need to pay $15 to ship it back when it was only a $25 purchase to begin with.

I only give 1 star because I cant give 0 or negative. definitely a scam of some sort. They may send you an item but it wont b what you ordered and they will only send you something after you hound them for 3 months and file a dispute with PayPal. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ITEMS FROM HERE!!!

It has been 5 months almost 6 and I'm still trying to get my money back through paypal.

They never came through with my item! I contacted them many times and all I got was a runaround and no product. I was given a phony USPS shipping number and empty promises.
The good thing is I paid through PayPal and was refunded my money but I really did want the item!! :(

PURE CRAP. Advertised a baby Yoda doll using a picture that was obviously (NOW) that it was from a reputable seller. What was delivered, after having to open a dispute with PayPal (that I am still fighting) was a $2 carnival plush that they charged $35. It looked NOTHING like the picture they used to advertised it. I'm opening up a dispute with FaceBook too as their product was listed on FB. When they failed to ship the item after collecting my money, I wrote to them. They treated me and told me I would not receive my money back if I went to PayPal. After PAYPAL got involved (again, I thought I was getting something completely different than what was delivered. ) The product was finally shipped. Total CRAP. They said it shipped with his "flying bed". What a joke- a plastic bag with a picture of baby Yoda in the flying bed. I cannot warn you off this company enough.... total and complete rip off.

This company is horrible we ordered a sloth back in December look like a cute little woven stuffed sloth ...took over two months to get a response from them I canceled PayPal they said they get 45 days I said this is a scam because their Facebook page disappeared. Then I called my credit card company they refunded me I just received the item Saturday two months later and it’s a hunk of junk a little 3 inch ugly cheap some crookedly sloth that I paid $30 for do not use this company if they get back up online!!!!

So this showed up after 2 months with different tracking.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I ordered some dice from one of their front websites, thekilas.com in early December. Was promptly given a fake tracking number. In mid January I tried to contact the seller, to find the emails and phone number were also fake. Thankfully, I use PayPal for almost all of my purchases online, so I was able to open a dispute case. Still awaiting PayPal's decision on the matter; hopefully I will get a refund.

I also responded to a FB ad and purchased something Dec 13, 2019. Emailed both keilas.com (the site) and Ureashi. Both responded after 10 days, with the bogus shipping information. Filed a dispute with PayPal last week. Yesterday I received an email that I was given the wrong shipping information, and gave me a different number. Of course, there is no shipping information. UPDATE 2/14/20: item I ordered arrived today. Not worth the money I spent, but was actually better than I expected. Still not changing my rating. They took their site down in January. Still takes 10 days to respond to any emails.
