Dont use this guy. He is dishonest!
I thought he was a nice chap. How wrong i was! OK they moved me in 2 hours but the older guy was far from honest. I spotted furniture in my front garden that wasn't mine. He said he had no idea how it got there. That was a lie ,as I had seen it on his van! He even went back to my old address and dumped more crap in front garden. Very annoying, as I will have to pay to have it removed. I even let them have some furniture that I wasn't going to use! And he treated me badly afterwards. I've tried to ring him but he's blocked me!. He even took more money than was agreed cos I couldn't remember how much it was. I looked it up after he had gone and he overcharged me by £20. Horrible person! I will never use this company again and advise everyone to steer clear!!!

However, after carefully reviewing our records, we have no booking or interaction that matches the experience described in this review on the stated date. All confirmed jobs for that day were either cancelled or completed successfully, with positive feedback received.
We have asked the reviewer to provide further details so we can investigate properly, but no information has been provided.
We are always happy to resolve genuine issues directly and encourage any real customer with a concern to contact us so we can put things right.

After our investigation, we found that the customer booked our service on 23/01/2026.
They have left a review for this service in our system:
"Internal review 5.0 Very quick and efficient. Friendly guys. Moved me from a 2bed house to a first floor flat in 2 hours! Great service."
After this, they left a negative review on Trustpilot.
We contacted the service provider to hear their side. We received the following response from the service provider:
"Hello, I don't understand something, there is no adult man in my team, the client asked us to take 3 pieces of furniture to throw away because there is no room in the new apartment, we explained that we don't have the right, after which she asked us to leave them in the front garden (fridge, kitchen cabinet and glass table) we didn't take a single pound more. This is complete nonsense, and maybe it was written by another person. I stand behind the work done by my team, I will never allow such a things Regards"
Moving a baby grand piano…very successful
The young chaps were very helpful and worked hard to move a baby grand from one room to another.
It was a challenge as it’s so heavy but they were persistent and resourceful.
Very pleased with them and would certainly use them again.

Booked and paid a deposit for Uremovals… 03/06/25
Booked and paid a deposit for Uremovals Saturday night Sunday morning they cancelled on me.
Issues what a reliable company on the 03/06/2025 i was charged a deposit of £76.22 then told that they had to cancel as no one was available for my move
I was then refunded the next day of the said amount which left me looking for a removal last minute
Date experience below was estimate as it was the 3rd june we were moving on the 6th

Unfortunately, the service provider you selected declined the job. We attempted to find a replacement in the area, but no other providers were available on the requested date.
As we are a comparison platform, we do not directly provide the services ourselves. Therefore, we had no choice but to cancel your booking. This was done in good time to allow you the opportunity to make alternative arrangements. A full refund was also issued, which was the most we could do in this situation.
We are continuously working to improve our system and expand our network of reliable man and van service providers, so that we can offer better coverage across all areas in the future.
I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
