About our reviews
We have been collecting reviews on Trustpilot since 2022, and they come from families in many different countries. Given the sensitive nature of what we do, many families choose not to leave a review, and we deeply respect that. The reviews here represent only a small portion of the families we have had the privilege of helping. We are grateful to every one of them, whether or not they share their story publicly.

Thank you.

When you’ve lost someone you love the cost is worth it. Beautiful cremation box.
It’s expensive but when you’ve lost someone you love it’s worth it. Beautiful degradable cremation box for my mum. Thank you.

Thank you for this, and I'm so sorry for your mum's passing. It means a great deal that you felt the piece was worth it for her, we always try to strike the right balance between quality and cost, and with something this important we'd always rather get the craftsmanship right. I hope the biodegradable box brings you and your family some comfort when the time feels right. Thank you for trusting us to honour her.

Wonderful company!
My cat urn is beautifully made, amazing quality and looks just like her. The size is perfect and I couldn’t have wished for a better place for her to rest.
We had to change the delivery address last-minute, which was handled so professionally and delivery went smoothly. Amazing customer service which was so appreciated at such a difficult time. Also came with superglue to seal. Thank you :)

Thank you for this lovely review. To hear the piece looks just like her, and that the size felt perfect, is the loveliest thing we could read, that resemblance is exactly what we hope to capture. I'm really glad the last-minute address change was no trouble at all; these things happen and our job is to make them easy for you. It means a lot that the service felt right at such a tender time. Thank you for trusting us to give her such a special place to rest.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this. Excellent quality and getting it out to you quickly are exactly what we aim for, so it's great to know we hit both. Thank you for trusting us with something so important.
Great Customer Service
The first urn received was damaged; but Paul and his team sent another one out immediately with no extra charge, additional packaging, and a better shipping company.
The Urn itself is beautiful and feels like a more special container than the wooden box it is replacing.
Thanks

Resposta da Urns For Angels
Thank you for this, and I'm genuinely sorry the first urn arrived damaged, that's never how anyone should receive a piece like this. What matters to me is what we do when something goes wrong, so I'm really glad we could get a replacement straight out to you with better packaging and a more reliable courier, at no extra cost. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to put it right for you. To hear the urn now feels like a more special home than the box it's replacing means a great deal. Thank you for trusting us with something so important.

Thank you for such a thoughtful review, and for the recommendation, it genuinely means a lot. You've put your finger on something we think about constantly: this is a purchase nobody wants to be making, and the least we can do is wrap the whole experience in a bit of kindness while the piece itself is made to order with proper care. To know the wording of our emails landed gently, and that the urn arrived safely and beautifully made, is everything we hope for. We're holding someone precious to you in our thoughts too. Thank you for trusting us at such a tender time.

Beautiful pieces crafted with care
I purchased the white kitten urn for my adult cat Gizmo who passed away at 16. It took around 2.5 weeks to arrive but was hand made and made to order - it’s ceramic and absolutely beautiful. Very special.

Thank you for this, and I'm so sorry about Gizmo, sixteen years is a long and loved life together. The white kitten piece is ceramic and made to order by hand, which is why it took the couple of weeks it did, and it means a lot to hear the finished urn felt as special as it should for him. Thank you for trusting us to hold his memory.

We take real care over the packaging too, as it should arrive feeling considered, so it's good to know that came through. Thank you for trusting us with your loved one's memorial.
High quality kitten urn
High quality kitten urn. It did take more than two weeks to be made and delivered but they kept in contact weekly. Emails were professional with next steps and offers of further help/support. Very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend.

Thank you for this, and for the lovely recommendation. You're right that this one took a little over two weeks, the kitten pieces are made to order rather than sitting on a shelf, so we'd always rather keep you informed each step than rush the craftsmanship. I'm so glad the communication made the wait easier and that the finished piece was everything you hoped for. Thank you for trusting us to honour your kitten's memory.
