Hunted high and low for something for the garden. Really stunning piece of art, changes constantly in the differing light. Really happy.

Thanks so much. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with the silver keepsake urn I purchased to keep some of my mum's ashes in. It's beautiful and very good quality. Thank you Darren for all your help and assistance.

Was hoping I wouldn’t need to use a website like this but sadly I do and I found the most beautiful heart keepsake that will comfort me on my bedside table. Arrived quickly and I’m very happy with it.

It took a while to arrive due to problems with the couriers but Darren at Urns was so very helpful chasing them constantly and when it arrived it was beautiful (if not a little larger than I was expecting!). Thoroughly recommended - thank you Darren.

Outstanding personal service. Our urn didn't arrive in time for our trip to Scotland (we ordered it last minute). Darren pulled out all the stops and sent another one (without charge) up to our holiday cottage near Spean Bridge. We've now returned the original. Its so rare to get this level of first class service - couldn't recommend this company enough.

A very quick delivery, my urn is very good quality and we're all very happy with service we received from urnsforashes.

Excellent service!
The delivery was very prompt, package securely and the products are of very high quality.

However, I ordered the wrong size and Darren was so very helpful in rectify this for me and without it being complicated.

Thank you so much for all your support in getting the exchange rectified so promptly.

We ordered a solid oak urn, which was beautifully handmade and arrived really quickly. The brass plaque was much larger than expected (a good thing) and really great quality - weighty, nicely engraved and beautifully polished. Despite being a challenging customer, Darren couldn't have done more to help - he responded very quickly and was incredibly helpful. Whilst I hope we don't need to be a returning customer any time soon, I'd wholly recommend Darren and Urns for Ashes to others.

I had emailed my enquiry and received a reply within 24 hrs. Darren was very helpful and I will be recommending them without a doubt.
Thank you so much Darren, the service you provided is greatly appreciated and this means a lot

Darren was incredibly helpful. The urn we purchased was well made and the post-sales customer service was excellent. Thank you for your support, Darren.

I wanted the marble vase urns one each for my parents. I emailed Darren requesting a photograph of the actual urns I would receive before purchase, (because these urns are all individual and I wanted to get it right without unnecessary shipping back and forth). Prompt reply, ordered, received exactly as in the photo. Delighted with both of the urns. Excellent company. Thank you Darren.

First class service and beautiful product.
Really delighted with the quality of the pewter heart urn. A very stylish piece and a wonderful keepsake of a loved one.
Excellent communication throughout.
Would certainly recommend.

Extremely good service and excellent communication.
Unfortunately I wasn't able to use the urn due to issues regarding funeral arrangements and had to make a return. However Darren at urns for ashes was very pleasant to deal with and I was given a full refund.
